I volunteered this weekend with a youth leadership seminar and let me tell you, it was tiring! I was on my feet all day walking here and running there... going up and down stairs... singing and dancing to silly songs with the seminar's participants. We walked every where! By the end of Friday, I was EXHAUSTED... and we still had Sat. and Sun. ahead of us. I (as you can see) took it relatively easy the other two days.

Walking, slow pace, outside for 90 minutes - 254

Walk/Run on treadmill- 528 calories

  1. Friday  - walking 45 min, 182 cal
  2. Saturday - cleaning - 60 min, 220 cal
  3. Sunday - cleaning - 60 min, 220 cal and swimming - 60 min, 440 cal.  Sunday total - 660 cal
The cleaning I listed on Saturday and Sunday wasn't my usual house cleaning, laundry, etc.  I don't count those activities as exercise.  In addition to those I did my "spring" cleaning.  Cleaning out closets, sorting and swapping out seasonal clothes, cleaning out toyboxes and junk drawers, etc. 
Awesome job guys!  Excited to tally the results on Wednesday!
