Welcome teams to WEEK 2 (May28th - June 3rd) of The Weightloss Challenge.

Team 1: 
12.6 pounds (12.6 points) 
Laceylb, caillers, and cdanda earned their team 3 bonus points for exceeding their weightloss goal for Week 3.

Team 2:  9.8 pounds (9.8 points)
littlekt and mf6026 earned their team 2 bonus points for meeting or exceeding their weightloss goal for Week 3.

Team 3:  11.05 pounds (11.05 points)
foxylady_st earned her team 1 bonus point for meeting her weightloss goal for Week 3.

BMI's-  Both Teams 1 & 2 were tied so both will receive *2 bonus points*

Weigh Ins need to be posted on Monday (5/28) or Tuesday (5/29).  The results for Week 1 will be posted on Wednesday (5/30) in Week 1's thread.

CHALLENGE 2:  Exercise Challenge


This challenge is designed to get everyone involved in exercise as the next step to a healthy weight and healthy living. 

For every 100 calories burned, you earn .25 point for your team.  This must be in exercise that does not involve your normal day activites such as work.  Please post the next morning how many calories you burned during your workout along with your workout.

This challenge is a great way to earn points for your team quickly, so everyone... let's get involved :)

**I have private messaged the following people starbeam22, kgladstone, a777594, n4dchase, vulgivagus, joanna0044, lilikaa, gheilbrun, annamarie13, kortam, nizababy, shagge.  I have asked the participants listed to please let me know if they are still participating in the challenge by Friday.  If they choose not to or do not respond, I will replace them on the teams with others that have asked to join late.  I hope everyone is okay with this, and I hate to do it but it's not fair to the people that are putting in tons of effort in the challenges.  Great Job Everybody!**
