What if we take a nap?  I assume we add that in, right?

I'm so glad you're throwing in exercize again- it seems to be the only thing that really gets me moving!
Yes, accumulative sleep over the day. 

I am jealous of those that get the opportunity to take a nap.  I forgot what those were like.  :)

Hmm I can't really agree with that sleep stuff! Everyone is different, scientists found out that there are three different kinds of "sleepers". Some need about 6 hours, most people need arround 8 hours but some even need 10+ hours.

While I am the 7-8 hours type most people are, I know many people that need more or can even be quite active with just 5 hours of sleep.

I just think that it is bad, for someone who is awake early, and quite active after 5-6 hours of sleep, to stay in bed longer than needed just because it's said to be healhty ;)

Note to all** I will be on vacation Thursday thru Sunday ( out of town) Not sure If I'll be able to post or not.. I will write it all down to post Monday at the latest.. Wednesday (4th) is also a busy day for us, with horses in 2 different parades that day, so If I am LOST, you know why... No gym for almost a week :-( guess walking on the beach is exercise... I will enjoy it while I can for 4 days... I will get bonus points for sleep though :-) VACATION!!

Sleep challenge - Sun - Mon  7.5 hours

This is going to be a real eye opener (no pun intended)  I start a week of midnights at work this week, and my sleep/exercise regimen always is out of whack... hopefully this challenge will keep me on target!!

Team #1 - keep an eye on me and keep me motivated...... I LOVE TO EAT AND SLEEP WHEN I WORK MIDNIGHTS, so I might need some encouragement.
