Weightloss challenge - weigh-ins in new thread - signups still welcome
You do not need to have 100+ pounds to lose, you just need to want to lose weight in any amount. This group can and should be a support group as well as a "challenge" type group. And I'd be happy to come up with a monthly game to keep this interesting.
There will be weight loss updates for the group once a week (totals / percentages etc) and then again for the month.
Sign up below with your current weight and small goals if you have them. Weigh-ins will be on Friday or Saturday (whatever is easier for you).
It would be easier for me if you would just edit your original post every week and that way I won't have to go searching for you.
Edit: Actual thread will be started in the games forum in the next few days. I'm leaving this open for a while for signups.
