hi guys
I moved to london exactly 2 weeks ago, and started university here.
I havent been eating much, but i've been eating bad, not every day, but often. Like for example yesterday i ate at kfc, 3 days ago same thing, etc.
But i feel my weight is dropping! i havent been able ti weight myself since I arrived, but My pants feel loose and I went back 2 holes on my belt.
I HAVE been walking alot though since i arrived here.
anyone can help me figure out if its just me or it COULD be happening? thanks

It could be happening.
If you are walking more than you usually do then your exercising more. And just because you eat " bad" doesn't always mean high calorie. Eating KFC twice in a week just means you like chicken. Look at the overall picture. Are you eating breakfast? decrease your soda intake? And you said you're walking more. Not to mention in some people the stress from going to university will help them loose weight as well (just avoid the freshman fifteen).
My advise is just try to eat healthy.
alright thanks
actually my intake of diet soda increased, and i wouldnt call it stress, im really enjoying being at university FINALLY ive been waiting for it for the past 6motnhs... is it maybe that i feel a lot better inside??
anyways yeah im walking way more, it must be that.

i always lose weight when i move/travel. once you settle in, it will probably level out.
i hope not!
a little bump if anyone can explain this in some other way
the last 2 times i had major life changes i lost 10 lbs almost instantly each time, w/o changing my habits, even indulging a little. it probably is the change in lifestyle.
I have to agree. When I first got to college, I lost about 10 pounds. Although, I was really miserable and when I'm actually truly upset and not just stressed, I find I lose my appetite. Plus, like you, I didn't have a car anymore and was walking around everywhere. But then I made some friends and discovered the bus and I pretty much gained it all back and then some, haha!
It's calories in vs. calories out. You're taking in less than you're expending which equals weight loss. It doesn't matter what kind of calories they are, as long as you have that deficit you'll lose weight. As much as people around here like to argue that, it's the truth! I'm walking proof myself :)
You don't need to eat "clean" to lose weight. It's not "healthy", but no one said it was.
Enjoy it, and enjoy university!...and London!! Go to the Comedy Store on Wednesday or Sunday nights if you get the chance. The improv there is some of the funniest comedy i've ever seen!
