So ok.. I was really bored today and couldn't decide if I wanted something salty or sweet. I made some smart pop popcorn, then I put some vanilla yoplait light on top. It was strangely delicious.

i made a weird yummy too for breakfast yesterday! took a cup of cottage cheese andone handi-snack sugar free vanilla pudding and an ounce of reddi whip whipped cream and mixed it all together with vanilla extract and froze it for an hour... then sprinkled cinn. and stevia... hello ice cream delight with low carbs and lots of protein.

Sounds good - like yoghurt covered treats but the yoghurt is liquid(ish).  Dana, did you blend the cottage cheese?  Amazing how creative we can get with our snacking - and how delicious the healthier versions turn out!

I've been having Breyer's FF Double Churned French Chocolate ice cream with a serving of crunched up FF pretzels!  So Yummy!!!  Sweet, Salty, Crunchy, Creamy.....like a party in your mouth!!!  No fat and only 290 cal!  (dbl serving of ice cream)

Almost everything I eat is weird and yummy. I use apple sauce as a pancake topping. I put cottage cheese on my baked sweet potatoes, I put jalapeños in my tuna and salmon. I dip veggies in salsa and cottage cheese. I make peanut butter and banana tortilla wraps. I put plain yogurt in my tuna casserole instead of sour cream. I dip pizza in salsa and put salsa on baked potatoes. Smile

also delicious (but sticky): buttery popcorn with honey.  it tates kind of butterscotchy

I do that a lot, except I put cinnamon splenda ontop of my popcorn. My mom said it was gross until she took my bowl of it, and now I can't make any without her 'being my best friend' hahaha.

Also, I use chocolate protein powder sometimes. That's pretty good as well too.

OH! and since we're on 'weird foods', before I foudn out I was Lactose intollerant, I used to eat vanilla ice cream with hot cocoa powder mixed in. OR the diet version: low sugar or low-fat vanilla yoguer/ice cream and chocolate protein powder. It's got a bit of a salty taste to the sweetness, and it ROCKS.

I do half of that stuff too lol. I also love to use Ortega taco sauce or salsa as a topping for everything, especially pork chops

Yes, I love salsa. I put it on eggs, in chili, in spaghetti sauce, on baked potatoes and chicken, dip French fries in it. Yum. I love hot things. I eat hot peppers once or twice a day. Jalapeños, Serrano, habanaros. Hot peppers are excellent for you.
