since ive cut out meat and animal fats from my diet, and stopped eating flavourful foods with lots of sodium like chips, rich salad dressings, etc i've noticed that everytime i do happen to eat something like that, i vomit up OIL. does anyone know why this could be? i can only keep very mild food down.

You could be reacting to the high levels of flavourings and preservatives in those kinds of foods because you're no longer used to them. However, you should probably ask your doctor to check you out. If you have a stomach ulcer, for example, you may find spicy foods cause vomiting.
it's not spicy food that does it its moreso animal fat. like from when i eat meat and full fat cheese and stuff like chips and dressings that have oil i puke up lots of oil ..
Fatty foods are very indigestible if you're not used to them but, again, it would be worth consulting your doctor. If the vomiting is accompanied by pains below your ribs or in your back and right shoulder then you could be suffering from an inflamed gall bladder. High fat foods notoriously make that condition worse.
Gi-Jane is right, definitely worth mentioning to your doctor. I had my gallbladder removed last year and prior to that I had all sorts of issues. I couldn't eat much in any one sitting, had terrible acid reflux, and would be incredibly nauseous after eating anything that was high in fat. I had to push my doctor to get the HIDA scan (function test) because I wasn't a "typical" candidate to have gallbladder problems (26 years old at the time, 115 lbs, 5'4"). She seemed to think it couldn't be my gallbladder since the ultrasound didn't show anything, but turns out it was barely functioning. After having it removed, I can now eat anything I want without problems...not that I can say that's necessarily a GOOD thing though!! :)
