So this is a thread to all you bingers out there. It's purpose is to kinda motivate us to keep not binging, because we can kinda realize how worthless our binging is espeacially when it's on something we don't enjoy. So here is mine: Croutons and canned whipped cream. It was probably my first binge.

hmm...well if we put the psychological aspect to the side because i've never "binged" but i have eaten an obscence amount of food in one sitting but i never self-deprecated because of it...so that aspect was missing...

hmm...an entire box of cereal

an entire loaf of bread with my sister

circus animal cookies--the pink and whites...haha

pickles

tomatoes

My binges if I have them were always terrible. I would eat NON stop through out the day. Probably why I had gained 50 some odd pounds in 3 1/2 months. *cringes.

Binging is part of a mental illness and definitely should not be praised. I find it funny how some people simply *over eat* but label it as a binge because it maybe be 500 or less over the normal intake they consume. I'm not condoning this post, I just hope others do not read this and think, "Hey! These people talked about binging, I guess it's ok to do it!" It's not ok, but neither is under eating. We all over eat sometimes, but binging is dealt on a more emotional basis (with a hell of a lot more food.) and I just want to put it out there.

Anyway, I will contribute to this post, but it's something I'm not proud of. I've had various binges and it is still a struggle to this day especially in moments of boredom and stress.

In the past I've eaten a whole gallon of Edy's sugar free ice cream, or a whole gallon of Turkey Hill ice cream, Whole packages of cookies, 2 or 3 English muffins with cream cheese and jam, whole rows of saltines with peanut butter, Handfuls of Trail mix almost consuming a whole massive bag, A 3 pound bag of Peanut M&M's that I ate in about 1 hour...*shudders., Tons of mini candy bars from a big bag of Halloween Candy, Almost whole boxes of cereal, Handfuls of Granola, Handfuls of nuts, 5 or more donuts at a time, A lot of pieces of whole grain or cinnamon raisin bread, A slice or two of cake, Whole large pizzas...etc.

I was actually pretty small when I was doing all of this too, until I started to pack on the weight. Binging is a terrible, terrible thing..not to mention painful. I just want people to know that are struggling with it that they are not alone. This should not be praised, but it should be noted as support to others.
