  8. Why you joined: It's hard to lose weight in college when you're eating in dining halls, making quick meals like easy mac or eating snacks at 2am while you stay up to do work. I thought having support from other college students would be helpful

Why I joined:  I joined this group because I know that its very difficult for me to stay on track with my weight loss.  I gained weight my first quarter and I want to lose that plus some.  I started gaining weight in high school and it has always made me self conscious.  I know that it is better to get support and who better to get support from than my peers.

Why you joined: Im a dancer, and in order to make any professional teams- you have to fit their standard- and it puts a ton of pressure on you to lose weight the unhealthy way- but I really want to do it the right way- and it definitly helps having people going through exactly what your going through (dorm food-yuck) haha So I think its amazing that they have something like this :)

8. Why you joined: I am currently a sophomore at U of R and want to be in better shape. I had actually dropped about 50 lbs. the first semester of my freshman year because the food is pretty bad here and I had been used to my mom's Italian cooking. I have put a few pounds or so back on over the past summer and more this semester. I have never used any online calorie counter before and like it so far.
