My name is Tay, I am 26 and in the past year I lost almost 20 pounds!!! I've been using the Calorie Counter website for the last couple months, and I found it very helpful to keep track of my eating habits and to learn about what I should (and shouldn't) eat.

Hello,

I just joined CC for some info and community support to help me lose 18 lbs.  I want to go from 204 to 186.

I joined this group because I just launched a new brand of jigsaw puzzles.  I won't advertise them on here but you can check em out at www.millstreetpuzzles.com

My family has 3 beautiful purebred golden retrievers (Male, Female and one of their babies).  My job over the last few months has been to bring the brand to market and looking forward it will be to expand the product line and create growth.

I'm also training to comete in triathlons in the 2010 season at the olympic distance and potentially the 1/2 iron distance.
