Hi I'm Jaylyn,

I have been with Calorie count since early 2006 when I realized I had put on about 50 lbs after a car accident.  My history with weight loss has been up down, back and forth again since as I go through continued treatments and soak up self pity and/or fatty foods for not being able to do some of the activities I once enjoyed.

I am joining the May Target group first because I am going to Las Vegas for the first time May first followed by a trip to Utah requiring a fair amount of physical activity.  I plan to lose 15 pounds of fat by then but am adding in room to pick up a little muscle.  I will be keeping track of the estimates of the two by measuring my waist.

My goal for August is to lose an additional 30 lbs for a family cruise to the bahamas.  I am very excited about getting away from the mundane office day and enjoy fun in the sun with my crazy family without extra baggage.

I keep a busy schedule so I eat on the go.  But I'm learning to have vegtables and lean meats before I leave work or home.  My back up plan is a health bar and banana from a local speedway.  I look forward to meeting goals with everyone who joins.

Hello I am armada1,

I am finally getting some success this summer after a 1 year recovery from surgery.  I gained an extra 45 lbs and have lost 20 lbs so far.  I have another 50lbs to lose.

I surf 4days a week, skate 2-4 days a week and lift weights 3 days on 1 day off.  I am on a high protein diet and right now getting the best results ever.  Eating is 99% of losing weight.  So portion control was the hardest for me.  I look at food as fuel now to get me through workouts.

Cardio at a fat burning pace is the best... I hit the gym for cardio 3 days a week.  I go from station to station so I hit all areas of cardio.

Peace
