I have been up and down with my weight loss over the years I had a baby 3 months ago so just trying to lose the extra kilos I have lost 22 kilos since birth only 20 to go:) I just joined CC and thought Id get some support in losing weight :)

I've only found out about Calorie Count in the past few days. I'm in Melbourne and am really focussed on trying to live a healthy lifestyle. I was a fat girl all through my teens and early adult life. Unfortunately over the past couple of years I've probably overdone things a bit and have ended up with a few issues I'm trying to deal with. Due to my keenness to do well, I now over-exercise and am probably underweight right now (I am 165cm and 45kg), so am trying to handle that and get back to healthy.
