Hi All,
I have been a big child and a big adult until 2 months ago, i discovered the beauty of right nutritions with exercise and also determination to keep weight gain at bay , and losing them gradually and effectively without gaining again.
I have tried multiple ways to lose , be it replacement meal, or detoxification program, or even to slimming centre for ultralipolysis ( which did me good to remove fats from my thighs and also my buttocks).
My heaviest weight is 121.2kgs (267lbs) and I went to consult a wellness and holistic healing doctor, and my doctor did a very good job of educating me of importances of right nutritions for my body.
At this point of time, i have lost around 16kgs (from 25th July 08 until today 10th Oct 08), and still losing :)My exercise is swimming 4 times a week (whenever i manage , otherwise at least 1 time x 45-60 mins non-stop swim)
There are alot of inspiration i found on CalorieCounter, and I believed that this is very motivational for me to continue my journey to lose more weight and to live healthily.
Iam 29 years old this year, and I am working as a Recruitment Consultant in a recruitment company. I have 6 family members, me being the 3rd , and we have a Labrador Retriever (yellow) at home :) I loved to make new friends from all over the world.
I loved to shop, clothings, music, anything! :) Chatting on the internet is one of my favourite past time :)
I am looking forward to fit into more smaller sizes in another 1-2 years time :) I aim , to lose, to a targeted 30-40kgs .
Happy Losing The Extra!! :)
hi y'all,
I used to love fast food and unhealthy stuff till 2 years ago, when I started to think that i MIGHT had fall in love with a friend. Even then, i didn't do much till 1 year later, after i was rejected by him, I started to lose weight because obviously, between someone who looks like someone who could crush him and someone who could wear a bikini, I guess I'm not the one for him.
I doesn't know anything about calories and stuff till almost the end of the year. found CC at the very end of last year and by this mid-year i been losing more than my ideal weight only to gain it back on now. Especially, since I been stopping my martial arts class which is also my only exercise.
The reason I join this group is to know more people from the same country to share thing and maybe go outing together. Who knows? I might get a guy.. haha.. just kidding about that. Boys run away at the sight of me. XD
I'd done a lot to lose weight. Some of them are stupid, yet i still do it. Like standing in front of the air-con and bathing in cold water to raise the metabolism. I even did purge after binging sometimes. 2 weeks ago, I bought diet pill and after one week, i stop using it because its quite expensive and I'm not sure if there's any use.
I love to read and recently, been buying lots of books for my collection. I also love self-modelling a.k.a cam-whoring the whole body. p/s : not naked.
I want to reach 50kg and 24" by the end of December and have a control in my compulsive binge eating disorder which i self- diagnosed it.
GAMBATEH!!
Hello everyone (Konnichi wa),
1. History with weight loss: I'm a yoyo. I lost 67lbs in one year when I joined the Navy and then it took me four years but I put it all back on. At my highest I was 278lbs (126kg) and my lowest was 201lbs (91kg). My ultimate goal is to be about 100kg again and keep it that way. I'm a big guy and fairly muscular so I know it's not realistic to expect less then that without losing muscle.
2. History with Calorie Count: Been on and off for les then a year. Going well though. Down about 10lbs so far.
3. Reason for joining this group: I'm in Asia and there are different foods and attitudes towards dieting here.
4. Some interesting details about yourself, such as your job, your family, your pets and your interests: 3rd degree brown belt in Okinawan karate, two cats, a Sailor in the US Navy...
Jamie
hey guys,
You can all call me Elaine, or Punkonater or whatever :)
lets see. I never really tried to lose weight that much before. I used to work out alot during one year in highschool, because I had an awesome gym class/teacher, and our class was in an actuall gym. Back then I weighed about 137lbs. but I still felt chubby. Right now I'm at 161 lbs, my goal is 130 (and then 120 if it feels right)
I've used Calorie Count before to just see how much is in certain foods, but never signed up. This summer I haven't got any school or work (yet). So I've made the decision to hit up the gym (since I've moved theres a free one right downstairs...) everyday. My goal work workouts is 1-1.5 hours, 30 minutes minimum on off days.
I joined this group because I live in Bangkok, Thailand, and so people on most forums don't generally know what I'm talking about when I describe Thai food/weather/etc.
I go to university here in Bangkok, and I've lived here since I was about 10. I study graphic design and other computer graphics, and listen to a lot of non-mainstream music. I also enjoy playing classical guitar and crochet.
Hi All,
You can call me Jas. I am 28 years old this coming week. I never had weight problem till I got married last year. It has been a year since my wedding and I had put on 10 kg (20 lbs). I am a bit overweight as per CC but I feel like much bigger than that. I can't fit into any of my clothes so I need to buy new ones, which is a waste of money.
I enjoyed eating out especially during the weekend with my hubby. Watching DVD's and lazing around in front of the TV
So I hope you guys will be my motivator to lose all the extra weight ..
