My name is Emelia Cottle I am 20 years old about a year ago around this time I decide to loss weight. I loss five pounds and that is the most pound I loss then when my grandma died on October 31st of 2007 I gain it all back. In July of this year my mom, I and my little brother went on a diet. Between July and now I have loss at least three to four pound since we started.
I join calorie count in July of this year.
The reason for joining this group is: tips and some help.
I have dog and a cat. Three brothers and a mom.
Hey i'm CA!L!N, i'm 15 a whilee ago i lost a little bit of weight and i was closee to happii but then crap happened like it does && i started eating a lot again :(:(:( but this timee i WILL get to my goal 40kg !!! :):):) onlii need to lose 5kg !! wooh i'm closee lol i just joined Calorie Count 2day...so yeahhh hopee it works lol. I joined this group bcuz i need tips && help yeahh...hehe... well i dont have a job haha my family is alritee....they dont realii want mi to losee weight...but oh well haha

My names is Kat! I just turned 21 years old and I have been struggling with my weight since I was 13. I managed to lose 40 pounds and ended up gaining 15 back (in 2 weeks time!!!!). I started calorie ount in August of 2009 and it is the greatest site for tracking calories and getting tips on dieting and fitness!
I joined this group because I would like to get some input on new ideas and maybe share some of my own!
I am a college student working towards a degree in Mortuary science!!!!
