Hello everyone!! So about three years ago when I was thirteen I was almost 200 pounds. I felt awful all the time and miraculously over the summer before my freshman year I got down to 152 lbs. I dropped further to 136 lbs but since then I've been gradually regaining the weight. I'm currently at 161 and frustrated. I've tried this website before, not a big computer person but I'm feeling determined this time! I joied this group to make some friends who could support my with my goals. Hope I find some! I'm a prtty fun girl :P I spend most of my time painting or practing the piano. I also love swimming and windsurfing, singing and photography!!!

I am 25, 5'7 and weigh 163. My goal is 140.
In highschool my parents divorced and I starting eating to cope. I was at my current weight in highschool, which is a size 12/14. Then went to college and my roomate worked out all the time so I started working out with her and loved it. I started running and got up to a consistant 6 miles/day. Needless to say, I dropped 25lbs (eating whatever I wanted) and weighed 138, size 6/8, and loved the way I looked!!
I was able to stay at this way for about 2 years, but then graduated, moved home and starting eating again. On top of the fact that I was prescribed to celexa for depression. My largest was 171lbs last september 08'.
So...this brings me to today! I have just moved to ATL, slowly coming off my medication and in the past year lost 8lbs without a diet. I just came across this website and I am so excited bc I am starting to feel like myself again and now just want to look that way! I dont care about being a size 2 or 4. I love to eat! Just a comfortable 6/8. So thats my story! Thanks for reading and I cant wait to update you guys on my success. I am going to kick this weight once and for all!
This is kind of funny...On my profile, I had a picture of myself in a bathing suit from college for motivation. Well, I started getting these random emails (even a poem) from weird guys telling me how sexy I was and could we "chat!"
Um, Really?!? This is a support system, not a dating website. Anyway...hense why I do not have a picture up. I might, however, put up my fat picture for the same motivation but not so much attention from crazies!

hi everyone!! im dylan. i'm 20 years old. just started calorie count a week ago. i have tried to lose weight but to no success ive just recently gained weight and dont know much about how to lose it so im trying my hand at this. i used to weigh 237 at 6'10 when i was playing basketball in chile i've been back in the US for 2 years now and have gained to 322. my goal is to cut down to 250 lean muscle anybody With tips and suggestions for how to lose weight also any good workout/weightlifting routines would also greatly benefit me and would be appreciated. thank you all for taking the time to read my post.

Hi everyone, I'm Nicola and I'm 32. I use to weigh 205 and then i started weight watcher and came down to 165. I've been stuck at 165 for about a year now. I have NEVER been able to break 160. I like the way i look, but i want to look better naked. I want to get down to 14o pounds. I want to know what it feels like to wear a bikini. For about 30 years of my life I have never been able to wear a dress with a spaghetti straps, tube tops, or halters. It's only now that i can do that but now i want more. I want to fit into a bikini and look flawless. I just started calorie count and I'm a little brain washed from weight watchers so I'm trying to get the hang of calorie count. If anyone has any pointers PLEASE TELL ME.
Hi! My name is Belen and I'm 27. I weigh 176 now and I'm 5'4". I've never being skinny in my life...Ever since I was a teenager I was kinda overwieght I was 145 not too much but I really liked how I looked cause I was just well proportioned.. LOL I have three kids now and with my last pregnancy I gained 50 lbs I was at 202. I took Alli for a some months and it helped me. I went down to 162. I stoped cause I was tired of taking pills and then I just let it go...I stopped watching my calories and stopped working out...I regained 14 lbs and I don't want to gain anymore so I'm staring to count my calories and what other place better than Calorie Counter! LOL I joined this group because I want to look good naked!!!!
history-ive been overwigt for most of my life, with the exception of about 2 yrs 4 yrrs ago. i lost over 50 pounds on ww. gained back 65
just joined cal count last week. love it. want to join grp bc i am exercising and hope to look good and be happy with myself and look good naked

oh i have a question, what is the activity count mean? mine is 2200, i finaly added an entry yesterday and now it went down to 814. so am i suppose to aim for burning 2200 a day?????

I'm 33, 5'3" and currently wearing a size 8. I'd like to be somewhere between a 4 and a 6, so I need to drop about 35 lbs. T_T
This weight thing is a fairly recent development for me, probably the last 7 years or so. Prior to that I was micro tiny. I don't want to go back to those size 2 days because I had no boobs! I'm liking the boobs - as is my guy - so I'm just trying to keep my goals realistic. Marilyn Monroe is my idol and ideal, as well as body inspiration.
Calorie Count is the only method that helps me lose weight because I'm someone who needs to see calorie intake side-by-side with calorie burning. Otherwise I'll cheat. It happens every time.
My reason for joining this group...well that's probably fairly obvious. I want to look better naked! My guy is *gulp* seven years younger than I am, very tall and very lanky, and I do NOT want to be his hot but thick girlfriend. He likes curves but I'm sure he'll like them with just a few inches trimmed off here and there. ^_~
I come from kind of a prudish background so I can't ask the family for help with this >_< so this group is the only support I'm going to get.

started on this site sbout 6 months ago and stopped CC after bout a month, but with bikini season coming up VERY soon, it was a awesome incentive to get back into it!!
im looking for a bit of motivatvation in the days when im being a slacker andnot trying as hard as i could, and to look beter naked :)
k well about me, im 23 with a 5 yr old son, me and my partner are farming and at the mo its the slow part of the year so started back with my workouts thanks to execrisetv, luv that website, awesum workouts and FREE, cant beat that.
i started out at 64kgs (141lbs) in may and at the mo i am 59kgs (130lbs) after a lot of going up and down ive been at this weight for maybe a bit more than a month, yay!!
my goal wieght is 55kgs (120lbs) and hoping to get there soon.
had a REALLY bad weekend, went to the fair and ate way to many chips and candyfloss, so today ive been strict as to hopefully counteract it (wishful thinking)
would luv to have sum buddies on here to give each other support and share in our triumphs and downfulls!!
