I know I'm not alone, and in this group, we don't have to be. You've rounded dinner, the calories consumed are in line with your weight goal. The smug smile starts to show. Then- bam! The munchies show up. It's late. Bad time to consume any significant snack calories.
NOW is the time to improve my life. As a lymphoma survivor, my life has taken on new priorities and significance. From here forward, the would've, should've's are gone. It's time to take back LIVING.
I've been in and out of CC for a couple of years, but always used it as a tool to help get me started. Think about it, at this point we know we need to make better choices to improve our health. In most cases, it's about CHOICES. Let's help each other!
I'm a married mom of 2 wonderful kids (+ 2 dogs + 5 hamsters). I love walking/ running, kickboxing, reading, spending time with my kids, hiking, helping others, playing piano, experimenting with pastels. The list is growing- that's good!
I'm hoping others will join and share tips of how to stay in line at the end of the day!
