Hello! I just joined today so I don't have anything logged yet. ^^ My name is Lenora and I'm a 28 year old librarian and mother of one two year old girl. Before I had her, I was 178 pounds. I exploded to 255 during my pregnancy and in the two years since, battled to get to my now 205. I switched to a vegetarian/macrobiotic diet, I work out 30 minutes for 4 days a week at least, 60 minutes when I have the time. I have a nice figure so I tend to go by dress size and measurements than the scale. I've always been serious about my weight loss, some would say too much so. But while I have lost another dress size, the scale has not changed in months and I'm desperate.

I joined groups because it's passed time I finally connected with other people going through the same things I am. I've been on a dozen or so sites like this and never spoken to a single soul. Even if it's just to complain about sore feet, I'd like to have a sympathetic ear.

As to my interests, I love to read, I love to write (currently trying to get published), and I also crochet and knit. My exercise of choice is walking (treadmill and outside). I have a weakness for good sushi. I also meditate to clear my head of all the negativity that comes with trying to lose weight.

I believe that covers everything. Thank you for reading and I hope I make some friends here. ^_^

Every Saturday morning, Melissa (she is a student at Rutgers, we work together) we have report card day.  On these terrific, bright, and early Saturday mornings we review our weekly report cards!  Usually I don't get A's and Melissa she is a straight A student!

Well, that would be all!  Happy report carding!

Hi I'm Melissa, a student at Rutgers. I'm 29 pushing 30 and ready to be healthy. Type 2 Diabeties scares me and I don't want to end up with it, and I have all the risk factors.

I'm 5'2 and over 200 pounds.

Hi! My name is Othaniel but everyone calls me Shinah. I currently reside in the Bronx and loooooove NYC - born and bred.

I currently work full time in Commercial Real Estate and am attending college full time as well. I had a rough semester and ended up dropping a few classes. I've decided not to beat myself up over this mishap but focus on my health and build a routine with my newly acquired free time.

I'm by definition a Yo-Yo dieter. I'm 5'9 1/2 and go between 165lb to 231lbs . My clothes never fit more than 2 years in a row which is costly and chaotic. My recent weight loss was achieved with the help of Weight Watchers, Running and some weight lifting.

I joined Calorie count because it's similar to the weight watchers points program but free and has the same support system. I joined this group because I hope to make friends and perhaps pick up some work out buddies :)

About me _ I'm single and enjoying it for now, love to travel, have a cat but am a dog person, love to read, paint as a hobby, and love learning and experiencing new things
