Hello!  I noticed there is no group for rebounding and I thought that there should be!  I just started doing it this week and I really like it.  It is enjoyable and it really gets my body going.  I jump on it in the mornings before work as I watch the news.  My favorite move is the slolem ski move.  I certainly feel it afterwards and I hope this aids me in my goal to lose some weight!  Are there any other rebounders out there?

Hi, I joined weight loss a couple of weeks ago, and think it is brilliant. I have never really tried to lose weight before but noticed i was slowly putting weight on over the last few years. I can't afford to buy news clothes so decided something needed to be done. I have a rebounder...my dogs currently use it to get up on the bed! But i would like to use it for the greater good of weight loss...muscle tone.


What is the slolem ski move?
