Every day in every way I am stronger, slimmer and sexier in my core.
I started losing weight in September 2007. (I switched to a vegetarian diet and I LOVE it.) I lost 35 pounds and now I would like to lose the last 10 or 15 pounds while toning my entire body. (I am studying to be a yoga and pilates instructor so I need to look the part. ha.)
My number one workout tip for changing your body from the inside out is mantras. When I started losing weight at first, this was my mantra: Every day in every way I'm happier, healthier and more content.
SO it is written, so it shall be done! Trust me! Believe you can lose the weight and you can. Okay, I'm finished preaching.

I suggest buying a vegetarian guidebook like "Being Vegetarian for Dummies." It dispells myths and lets you know exactly why you need what nutrients you need and how to get them. Don't worry about not getting enough protein. If you are eating a healthy variety of vegetables and legumes, you will get enough protein.
