Morning all!!!  Its a sad day for my weight.  163 it is and it makes me so mad.  Then again its my own fault so its back to the grindstone for me.  Thinking TOM is a factor also though.... so that makes me feel a little bit better.  Starting phase one again and hoping it goes well.
Original Post by sun123:

I really need to work on keeping my calories up - sometimes I get into procrastinating eating to a fault and it backfires on me when I hit the scale.    I think Im fine for tomorrow, but I do so much better when I eat on a schedule.

Thats what I get for thinking! 340.1 - up .8 lb which may not sound like much but Ive dropped my calories so badly and I caused this.  Also Monday is the 1st of month weigh in for the 300+ thread and I may re-weigh myself Monday.  Probably a reality check to stop messing with undereating - already have had mushroom egg omelet and an apple this morn.

Rachael, dont forget that since our Feb end weigh-in, you are down from 177 although I agree on the exercise - wondering if next week you'll be seeing better.  Sarah, Easters still right behind us but another week and some trampoline leaping will have April starting off in the right direction :D.

I didnt want to put a jinx out there but in my last post, I was going to say "Maybe this is Bee's week" :D.  Good going and practically at your goal!

Keeping up with scheduled eating today, including snacks.  Ive actaully been resisting the TV dinners - never a bad thing to me, but trying to focus on them for backup even it temporarily.

Guy came today to start lawn service again - that and April pending, thinking our cold days should be gone at least in TX.  So surprising to hear some of those chilly temps up north.  Will have to take advantage since the heat comes so soon and I hibernate from the high temperatures.
Good day.. good day(so far) on track and feeling better already.  forgot how a well balanced day feels.  I really need to keep this positive attitude till I reach my goal.

Jayne you mention yard work and I think* great* its amazing how much effort it takes to mow my yard and its not even that big.  I do count that in my activities though.  Hee hee I have more weeds than grass this year.  thinking I should take care of that soon.  Way to go BEE you must have stole my weight loss Haha just kidding.  Salmon and salad for dinner.  oh but what to feed the kids.  they will eat salad but not the fish.  IM thinking they will be happy with a hot dog they have had chicken three nights in a row there sick of it.

Good morning.  I tried a boca burger and it didnt hit the spot think Ill try a different one.  there are so many flavors to pick from.  I got the garlic ones.  Wondering now if it will make a good foux chicken fried steak.  Ill have to try that next week.  Fiber one is my friend LOL!!!
Late rising here, up too late!  While I was up into the morning, my lazy appetite sure kicked in.  I was actually eating during the day when I wasnt hungry to get back on my calories and then wishing I'd had some leftover LOL.  I dont measure them that tightly but usually if I end up awake past midnight the hunger will kick in at some point.

Ive a fiber one recipe too, for onion rings from HGirl (you may have seen it Sarah).   Just got a free samples of the fiber one cereal in the mail last week so finally got to see what everyones talking about.

If you havent tried them, gardenburger black bean burgers are amazing and I highly recommend them Sarah.

A second cake decorating with Alice tonight - another baby shower.  Nice to have a reason to step out of my 4 walls and a lot of fun.

Hungry Girls email today was comparisons and one was Fiber One versus All Bran cereal.  Theyre summary: "While Fiber One is slightly sweet and perfectly crunchy, All-Bran tastes a lot like cardboard. Do not confuse these two."  Plus Fiber one had more fiber, less calories - all good.

After leaving a voicemail for my boss, I was eating GoLean dry and heard my phone ask if I approved the message.  Realizing I'd not hung up, I played it to see if you couldnt hear me eating so I could just hit send.  It was unbelievably LOUD crunching - perhaps with milk not so much but ow my ears!

Must fill up before facing cake decorating - must fill up (like Alice would let me cheat LOL).
Cake decorating....such a temptation to lick fingers.  I suppose it would be easier to stop that if it was for someone other than family.  holy moly I didnt mention the apple crisp I made for the family from the hungry girl site.  My husband loved it even with the splenda.  he did put some low fat icecream on it tho.  My house smelled wonderful.  I did have a bite then backed away quick.  can you say dangerous but so good.  Thinking golean crunch would be good with baked apples too.  yum now Im getting hungry.  eating vegetarian soup with barley tonight hope it keeps me full.  oh yea weight is mysteriously down to 160.5  CRAZY!!!!

Rachel flea market sounds fun but Ive spent way to much money in the last two weeks.

Bee my hubby leaves my eating habits alone now that Ive lost 40 pounds and only have 20 more to go but these last ones have been a bitch
Morning rachel.  was wondering how it went.   I went fishing with the kids and also got our tomato plants in the ground...I think Im a little late in the planting but I wanted to be sure the freeze was over.  Did you get a date with any of the guys?

That sounds like so much fun Rachael - I did a flea market booth one time and loved it.  I used to be a huge fan of going to flea markets, in my walking days going til I was limping back to the car.  Something so rewarding about transitioning things you dont want into cash you can use.

Talk about rewarding - growing vegtables sounds so cool.  I use to think it would be great to grow mushrooms since I eat so many and theyre pricy - that was until I learned about compost.  Plus its not like Im okay with digging in the dirt, lizards, worms, eek - maybe the cool thing would be to have a gardener :P.

I was up to 5am (3am Friday) venturing upstairs to reclaim stuff my daughter has upstairs.  Shes moved some bags of stuff to her dads but the upstairs is still trashed and figure I'll grab up the stuff from downstairs that she never brought back down before its to easy to throw away with the rest of her trash (and when I say trash, think Oscar Madison).  The upstairs has been mostly off limits, with the climbing but did them 3 times last night plus sorting through things (mostly on the floor ::rolls eyes::).
Owch.  I have one heck of a sun burn.  That will teach me not to use sun screen.  I didnt think it would happen yesterday so I skipped it.  Morning anyways ladies!!!
