HK that sounds like a great plan. I have been spending all of my free time trying to get some consulting done and haven't riden my bike or done any strength training in 10 days. Probably won't happen again today either as I will be in a car most of the day.

When we started, we agreed that the first to lose 10% of their current weight is me. That was 27 lbs. for me. 22 for her. :)
