A question for all of you youngsters - I'm looking for an icon of my status - you know, pushing 45, teetering on the brink of retro.  Macrame hasn't made a come-back yet, has it?  Can you think of any other late 60's early 70's trends that are on the brink of re-discovery - but not quite cool yet? (Excluding myself, of course!)

I saw a spirograph at a store the other day... can't tell you whether that stuff is gonna make a comeback though. :)

 Spirograph and Lite-Brite.  Well, that was about 2 years of my youth!

 I considered myself something of a Lite-Brite artist.  Sometimes I'd go off the pre-printed pattern, or use different colours!  Such a rebel.

Have consulted the schedule and it looks like the 80s are due to come back in a big way. Unfortunately. If the trend for adopting the least attractive fashions from each generation holds true, we can look forward to shiny leotards, big hair and leg warmers. Crumpled linen suits, pastels and two day growth of beard will be optional.

Don't forget the tight rolled jeans KG.
