I remember the days before a full breakfast was served in Chat. Back when we walked to school, uphill, both ways. :D

theres an aged claim out in the system that i just got approval for from the medical review department for a pet scan on. however the next line on the claim is denying (by the system, not me) for investigational procedure. Its inclusively priced...which means, i have to pay the whole thing or deny the whole thing.
she got on my case about it this morning and when i told her i was going to have to deny it and ask for it to be split by the host plan she said...well thats wrong, i checked it and it works.
she couldnt have checked it, i wa sin the claim which means she would have been locked out of it since only one person can be in it at the same time!

she is supposed to come over here and show me how to get it fixed. oh and by the way...the claim was on a report going to upper management!

Make me feel terrible because I just realized I forgot my lunch and the stupidhead cafeteria is closed for the holiday.
It's not even 8am and I'm already bitter.
