Whatcha gonna have for breakfast today?

Quote  |  Reply

I'm going to make myself a delicious soft boiled egg and have it with two delicious Ry-Crisp onion-dill crackers.  I'm out of fruit at the moment, but as soon as I'm out in the world, I'll have a nice big banana as a mid-morning snack/round out breakfast.  Maybe a grapefruit instead if there's a nice juicy one that calls my name. Won't know till I see the produce.

I'm excited about the egg.  heh.  I just started figuring out the right amount of time for a soft-boil... comes out just like a poached egg, but no messing with a slotted spoon to catch the whites.  Have to catch the egg when the whites are completely set but before the yolks turn from orange to yellow, though.

i sadly don't have alot of time in the mornings to make a really nice breakfast, so i just had 2 yogurts.

One of my friends hooked me up with a really tasty meal replacement shake, so I usually mix up a shake on top of a banana or some healthy cereal. I can eat a LOT but this keeps me full until lunch and is healthier than anything else I could eat so I have a lot more energy too!

I recently discovered the wonders of cashew nut butter, so have been having that on a piece of wholewheat toast for breakfast. Ideally I'd have some fruit with that, or make oatmeal or cereal, but have just moved hose and am sleep deprived and need something I can literally eat on the bus after I've dragged myself out of bed.

A mix of fast cooking plain oatmeal with one packet of Quakers Weight Control Mapple & Brown sugar oatmeal, on AlpineVally whole grain toast. Delicious!

Special K Fruit and Joghurt Cereal with Skim Milk, coffee and creamer... yummy!

steel cut oats, a banana and pb2

UD - oatmeal on toast sounds... interesting, lol

Peanut butter and sugar free strawberry jelly on two slices whole wheat toast, clementine, Fiber One bar, two cups black coffee and 32 oz. water. Have a great day!

half a cup of kashi golean cereal,
an activia low fat yogurt
and half a banana, sliced.

mix it all together, and it's a delicious breakfast.

i find that yogurt satisfys me more than milk with my cereal.

Banana-Peach-Strawberry Smoothie, a dry piece of raisin toast, and a cup of Jasmine-Green Tea. Wish  I had some coffee!!

I had a crunchy peanut butter granola bar, an apple, and a cup of coffee.

I tried something new this morning: oat bran!  I must say, I rather liked it.  That tiny 40g serving expanded to fill my entire bowl.  I cooked it with chopped apples, then seasoned it with cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.  I drizzled blackstrap molasses atop that, then topped it off with a splash of almond milk.  It was awesome. >D

bell pepper & onions, boca crumbles, one egg scrambled with two egg whites

4 oz. Voskos 2% Greek yogurt mixed with a small container of Dole pineapple tidbits (packed in their own juice)

Egg white omelette: 4 egg whites & fat free cheese.

Two slices of light wheat toast with sugar free raspberry jam

Coffee with tsp Fat Free French Vanilla creamer

One packet of Carnation no-sugar Instant Breakfast & 1 scoop Whey Protein mixed with half cup water and half cup Soy Slender Chocolate along with 1 cup Honey Nut Cheerios followed by 2 cups green tea.

cup of whole greek yogurt. 3/4 cup of trail mix and a half cup of granola. and 12 oz of orange juice.

Probably 1 cup regular oatmeal, 1 cup milk, a tablespoon of brown sugar and either a Clementine or 1/4 seedless watermelon.  This morning I made a burrito using a whole wheat flat-wrap, 70 grams soy chorizo, 1/4 cup egg beaters 1/4 cup brown rice and some salsa.  I was stuffed.  It was a good stuff though Cool

cheerios with vanilla soymilk and cinnamon

simple and delicious :]

Buckwheat pancake mix was the best thing my mum bought me as a present this month!

Made the pancakes for the week then just warmed 2 up in the toaster every morning, put on a little bit of margarine and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. With half a grapefruit before, it's the best filling breakfast.

tomorrow i am having a slice of cranberry pumkpin seed whole grain bread with a tablespoon of whipped cream cheese and two egg whites, half an apple, and  expresso :)
