Whatcha gonna have for breakfast today?
I'm going to make myself a delicious soft boiled egg and have it with two delicious Ry-Crisp onion-dill crackers. I'm out of fruit at the moment, but as soon as I'm out in the world, I'll have a nice big banana as a mid-morning snack/round out breakfast. Maybe a grapefruit instead if there's a nice juicy one that calls my name. Won't know till I see the produce.
I'm excited about the egg. heh. I just started figuring out the right amount of time for a soft-boil... comes out just like a poached egg, but no messing with a slotted spoon to catch the whites. Have to catch the egg when the whites are completely set but before the yolks turn from orange to yellow, though.
I'm thinking 1/2 grapefruit and 8 oz skim milk, along with about 16-24 oz water. May replace the milk with a yogurt if I'm particularly hungry.
I'm going to try my hand at vegan "tropical" french toast. I hope it's delish!
ETA: It was, indeed, delish, and only 200 cals for 3 slices with sugar free syrup!
30 grams of Jumbo oats (just over an ounce?)
Handful of mixed dried fruits
Tablespoon of granola with more dried fruits
Cooked in the microwave with 200ml skimmed milk
Mug of tea and a glass of prune juice and a glass of Orange juice
And i am good to go till 1pm.
Its night time now but tomorrow i shall be having
Oatmeal with brewed coffee. It taste so good. I just grab 50g oats, replace the water with 250ml of brewed coffe (made with splenda) and voila. Sometimes i add 2tsp WW hot chocolate powder for a mocha taste.
I have to say that breakfast is my favourite.
Or i may have a tortilla wrap, spread with sf strawberry jam, cottage cheese and chopped up strawberries, all wrapped up.

1/2 banana
1 serving oatmeal w/splenda
3 slices bacon(I know...could've skipped this part...coulda, shoulda)
This morning I had:
3 scrambled egg whites, a bowl of fiber one and light vanilla soymilk
Coffee with a tsp fat free french vanilla creamer :)
Breakfast is the biggest meal of my day, so I always like to throw protien and fats in there..
My usual B-Fast:
1 Fried Egg seasoned with Whostershire sause, Tabasco sause & Pepper
2 Pieces of rye bread, toasted
1TB of light mayo
1 piece of Kraft Singles Cheese
1/4 Cup of onions
AND 1-2 cups of black coffee.
MAN does that ever wake one up! Read for the world baby!!

Totally suggest to everyone to convert b-fast to their 'big' meal of the day, you feel great and have the whole day to work on those fats and protiens you ates!

Two coffees, one omelette filled with salsa and a well-toasted peice of rye bread. That's my usual. My go-to breakfast. I'm 113, 5'3" and 21. I think this might be a little too little, but I'm losing to 110 from 120. Tips or suggestions?
In beginning of March 2009 I read a book called "Fit For Life" now I only eat one or two fruit till noon and the weight is coming off at a steady pace. I have loads of energy and now after 3 months, I am so used to eating like this.
I had scrambled eggs with reduced fat cheddar, one peice of the ready serve bacon crap, and salsa verde in a pita. It was quite good actually, and satisfied my bacon craving. I ate this with a nice, red, juicy apple. :)
Today I had 6oz Fage 0% with a banana. Small breakfast is what I usually do..like to eat lunch, dinner and snacks !!!
I had a bowl of raspberries, a peach, and two cups of coffee. Then I had me a Sunday, post-breakfast nap with my kitten.
