YOU sound like me! When I am NOT working out I am hardly moving at all. However I do work out 4-5x weekly for two hours, at least 1 1/2 hours each time.
So, and I agree with you, what does that make us? I change up from sedentary to low activity. I like to add my calories burned from my workouts and don't know if I can do that with honest results when I up my activity level.
Yet, when I do the calories I need on any given day, w/o exercise it does give the amount in the burn meter! Then it says if I work out for 60 minutes every day I could go up to as much as 2000 and lose a pound a week. Well, I never eat that, as far as I know.
Someone on here said the calories burned section is off by a good 30%. She gave me her example and it went like this: her HRM - heart rate monitor - gave her a #of 317 for a certain exercise while the numbers here gave the #377! That a huge difference!
So if we can't trust this site to be even close to accurate how is someone supposed to gauge themselves?

I've heard that 30 minutes of exercise at least 5-6 days a week would put you at light activity, while more like an hour of exercise 5-6 days a week is moderate. I think you could set yourself as moderate, especially if you're working out for 90 minutes four days a week.
you can hardly call my strength training exercizes though....... like, i'd get bored and just stand and do nothing for 3-5 min sometimes and go to the next one X( so i guess i'm lightly to moderate? :(
Yeah, then I'd set it to light; if you're losing too fast you could always change it to moderate or up your calories.
losing?.... haha, not trying to :D
Even if you're not trying to lose, you will if you eat less than you burn. If you set your burn to light and eat that many calories but you're actually burning more like moderate, you will lose weight. It's not an exact science so you just have to figure out what balance works for you.
I don't like to log activities because there is a chance of overcompensating for calories burned. But in your case I would either pick a sedentary profile and log the activities or I would go with lightly active and would not log anything.
