Whats the best fat burnner suppliment, or pill?

Whats the best fat burnner suppliment or pill?  I havent tried any of them and dont want to spend a fortune on all of them. 

Ephedra.  Course it can be near to impossible to find, can cause heart problems & a host of other problems.

Has anyone tried Xenadrine EFX ephedrine free?  I have a bottle of it but was interested in some of your opinions befroe starting to take it.

Fat burners are bunk... One of my friends had 2 strokes while on them, she was probably 21 or 22  then.  One was from ephedrine, and the other was with an ephedrine free drug.  Don't take them.  Even the ones with no ephedrine have other questionable ingredients that may get taken off the market due to side effects too.

Building muscle will burn fat safely and effectively.  Every pound of muscle burns an extra 50 calories  day, which adds up pretty quick on top of metabolism speed as you build it.

Basicly those pills are legalized speed or crack, without the high, just the side effects.  With added caffiene.

Don't spend your money on something that just makes you jittery and compromises your health.

The only way to lose weight is diet and exercise, if you like a light wallet, go ahead and buy "diet" pills.
