Well, tea.

Not as though I would ever order anything less than a triple-shot espresso though :P

i love the light caramel frappacino with no whip cream mmmmm 130 cals for a tall and i like the green tea and black teas a lot too, ive never had a skinny latte there though

americanos! just shots of coffee and hot water, I like em black but a teaspoon of milk and a dash of cinnamon is not too bad in them either. 8 oz skinny lattes (the cinnamon one is really tasty), I also drink a ton of tea, green or earl grey mostly, the tazo brands are good.

but mostly I try to not buy starbucks because the coffee. It isn't as good as some of the smaller cafes with better quailty beans, of course I live in Seattle so it's easy to find these places! I was just talking to a local coffee roaster and he told me that they add coffee flavor to the beans and over roast (burn) them on purpose. I guess somehow they think this makes the coffee more addictive although I don't know how...

Get the skinny lattees or the light frappuchinnos if you like them.

Starbucks also has some diet-friendly and healthy sandwiches and hot breakfast items like a Spinach, Egg, & Feta wrap, a Turkey Bacon English Muffin (With egg whites and low-fat cheese), and a Low-fat Chicken Bruchetta sandwich. All of which are very good, I might add. x)

I used to work at Starbucks, and I wouldn't reccomend getting most things there. I would stick with Americanos, or Coffee light frappacinos. Everything else is loaded with calories and/or fat. The amoutn of syrup they put in their drinks is pretty nasty, too. Some drinks that have more then one syrup can take up almost half the cup.

I was asking a local manager if we would ever get the breakfast sandwiches at our location and he said that all Starbucks' are getting rid of their sandwiches in an attempt to "bring it all back to coffee". So enjoy those while they last!

Recommendations: tall skinny lattes or mochas (90 cals), coffee with sweetener, Americanos, tea, Iced Tea (a tall is slightly sweetened and ~60 cals).

Freshly brewed iced tea, or their regular coffee.

I can't believe that there are people out there who spend $4 on a drink on a daily basis. And there are very few healthy options on the menu. To me, Starbucks is a treat.

Then again, I keep a big mug at my desk and a wide variety of tea bags so I can brew my own tea any time. And a whole box of 20 tea bags costs less than a single drink at Starbucks.

I absolutely agree with babykittykitty.

That caramel frappucini light is heaven!!! And for only 130 cals.... I would've guessed 300+ cals! Sooo delicious.
Love the caramel frapucino light but bad thing, so does my 6 year old daughter!!!!!!
To me, Starbucks is a treat.

Same here. Even though Starbucks is good and has some tasty healthier drinks and sanwiches, it's overpriced honetly. If you can just make your own at home, I just don't see why people feel the need to go out for coffee every morning.
I just went there today and got a grande sf vanilla iced latte. it says only 80 cals on thier nutritional and it was pretty good..added some splenda of course.
i either get a sugar free hazelnut americano with skim or a chai tea latte made with only water, no frothy milk...and then I add a touch of skim....really amazing and less cals!
I have tried the skinny lattes and  they are pretty good...but my all time favorite is the caramel apple spice.. Im not sure how many calories are in them, but I have them for a treat every so often.. I absolutley love them
I looked it up! A tall caramel apple spice has 300 cals (with whipped cream) and 240 cals (without).
I have become obsessed with the iced green tea!
