What's my body fat ratio?

I know you're supposed to get it measured with a doctor or a personal trainer or something but honestly I don't have the money to spend on that. For now, I'm looking more into estimates, so I can better measure what I should eat more/less off, and what exercises are better for my body.

I can only offer you the following info:

Weight: 90kg / 198lbs

Dress size: UK 16 top, UK 18 bottom. Or US 12 top, US 14 bottom.

Pear-shaped, slim face, small bust, small waist, wider hips and thighs.

Just an estimation will greatly help, thanks guys.

You can use this:

This site uses the U.S. Navy Circumference method.

Probably the most accurate non medical amateur way to determine body fat percantage.
