What is everyone eating for breakfast today?? I need some new ideas....

I'm having a fiber one english muffin with some butter spray and a yoplait yogurt and some raspberries!

An omlette, 2 eggs, 1 tsp of butter, slices of zucchini. onion, baby spinach, 1 oz of colby cheese and some sliced jalapanos for a topping.

Roughy about 400 calories of spicy goodness.

My favorite breakfast sandwich is Egg Beaters on two slices 35-calorie toast sprayed with ICBINB spray with fat free cheese and lettuce and tomato.  I'll have 3 oz celery on the side.

I had oatmeal with some skim milk and brown sugar.

Homemade flapjack each morning for me.

benefiber sugar free citrus punch drink.  ummmm...yum?

Honey nut cheerios, 1% milk, and a handful of raspberries. Yummy!

200 g plain yogurt

100 g fresh blueberries

40 g crunchy fruit muesli

Total: 379 cals

Today:

  • 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup homemade protein granola
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Total: 350 calories of serious deliciousness.

Tomorrow:

  • 2 eggs, fried
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 tbsp guacamole
  • 2 tbsp salsa

Total: 350 calories, also seriously delicious.

A nutri-grain bar and a plum for me because i'm in a hurry.  It should leave room for a bigger lunch though!

I had 4 medium figs, which are extremely healthy and pack quite the caloric punch considering their size.  But then again I am not a big breakfast eater.  Oh and a cup of tea.

Tea, a banana, and a greek non-fat yoghurt with honey. I usually have cereal (Weetabix, or Go Lean) too - but I was running late this morning.

Double Fiber English muffin, with organic peanut butter and agave. And one perfectly ripened white peach.

And of course, all my vitamins and a cup of coffee with soymilk creamer.

1 Cup Cottage Cheese, 1/4 Cup Non-fat Plain Yogurt, 1/2 banana sliced.  It reminds me of when my Mom would make me cottage cheese and sour cream with bananas when I was little.  It sounds weird, but I loved it.

Usually I eat some sort of ceral with milk and fruit, oatmeal, or yogurt with fruit and granola.  I decided to switch it up today.

On really good days when I have a bit of time I spray a pan with non-stick spray and fry and egg, breaking the yolk in the beginning and flipping it before it gets brown, then heat a small piece of canadian bacon (ham) in the same pan (I always feel guilty about the ham).  I then toast a whole-grain english muffin and have a little breakfast sandwich.  Sometimes I even put a little fat-free or low-fat cheese on there.  It's yummy, and usually around 300 calories.

- Muesli with chopped banana and strawberries, plus a cup of soy milk.

or

- Whole grain toast with a poached egg

or

- Two-egg omelette with spinach and onion

or

- Toasted peanut butter and banana sandwich on whole wheat

or

- Whole grain toast with sliced tomato and peppercorn

greek yogurt (non-fat, plain) with blueberries & 1/2 cup Kashi Crunch cereal!  Just under 300 cals and delicious!

Chili with a piece of whole grain bread.

LOL i made chili for supper yesterday and it ALWAYS tastes better the next day and i didn't feel like waiting for lunch.

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese with 1/2 cup fiber one cereal mixed in with some cinnamon 

1 cup strawberries sliced up

coffee or chai tea

Total:  200 calories

I made chili for supper yesterday too!

I didn't have it for breakfast though.
