So I worked out for three hours today and burned over 2900 calories including my daily allowance (I have it set on moderate).  I ate breakfast before I went to work out and then ate lunch when I got home.  For dinner we had steaks and I was not really sure how much I ate, but I over estimated and said 8oz.  So now my daily calorie intake is 1800, the highest I have ever had it while being on this weight loss journey.  Am I in big trouble?  Also I am still hungry and would like to eat a small snack?  Help please.

that's right! if you burned over 2900 calories, you need to eat about 2400. go ahead and eat something!
Thanks for the replies and actually as I looked closer I have put myself under light activity (I don't know if this makes any difference) and I burned about 2750.  I just was not sure if this made a difference?
