I start my bloat anywhere from 3-5 days before my period, and lose most of it on the last day of my period.  (the rest takes a couple days after I finish).

I gain anywhere from 3-8lbs depending on how well I'm eating, because I seem to be very sensitive to sodium during that time.  It's completely normal normal normal, I've never met a woman who doesn't gain water weight sometime around their TTOM.
I gain up to 5 pounds of water ususally just under a week before, then as my period goes by I lose it again.

Since it's not actual fat it's water it goes away quickly.  Remember you aren't actually gaining pounds. :)
ahhh... i see i see...  yeahh.. so i guess it differs for everyone.. lol..

btw, what does TTOM stand for? O_O haha
That Time of the Month.

You might also see TOTM.
ohhhhhhhhhh

hahahaha, okay okay i get the abbreviations now!!! lol!!!
I usually gain 2-3 pounds before my period (about a week before) and I usually lose 2 pounds the day after my period starts.  By the end, I'm back down to what I was before, or (hopefully, if I was eating right) a little lower.
