Mine is bread, rice, pasta, wine, pita chips. These food set me off into a feeding frenzy but i can't give them up.

Weight - 147 lbs - 5ft 3

Goal - 125lbs

Starting weight 2005 - 172 lb

Mine are similar to yours, rice, bread, pasta and chocolate:

Weight 290 lbs 5 ft 4

Goal 200 lbs to start! More to come

So what are we going to do?  :).

i'm currently using vegetable to substitute some of these cravings. Cauliflower, mix-vegetables and tofu replaces my need for rice, pasta and breads.  Other times i measure only 100 calories of these items to my meal and load up on the protein, sauce and vegetables - so i still get the craving but it doesn't dominate my meal.

As for wine - i'm going to have to go cold turkey :(

I'm not really sure yet.  I just bought veggies.  I'm not a real big fan.  As for cauliflower, havent really tasted that one yet.  I was just introduced to tofu, but in the form of seasame tofu (Leche Nut restuarant)  it was good.  Sauces are good

I'm just going to try to watch how much of it i actually eat.  if you find a better way PPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPLLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAA AAAAaasSSSSSSSSSEEEEE let me know.

well i'm a scuker for hot wings, rice, pasta, soul food, the works and i love veggies and fruits but I'm not sure what I can eat being that I don't buy the food. It's like you either eat it or starve so I'm not sure what I should do. Oh nd I love chili.

delicious baked bread/biscuits and evertime you go to a restaurant they set a big basket of it in front of you hmmph


now i only eat these things called sandwich thins (of course not as good) and bulgur (pretty good if you cook it right)

i have cravings like no other and when i'm really hungry i watch the food network or i research food online. what should i do about the cravings nd i love chili, i've tried organic chili nd it feels like it's missing something lol so i stopped eating it.

210lbs and 5'2...   goal is 123 in one year!

I'm a sucker for potatos. Fried, mashed, baked, boiled, you name it (can you tell I'm irish?). Cheese is pretty good too, and its hard to avoid- restaurants put it on everything. Other than those two downfalls I eat pretty healthy now- mostly vegetables and meat, rarely any starch and always whole grain. Scary part is, the healthy stuff is yummy now!

i love potatos too nd i also love buffalo wings. I don't really have a diet because what i do is wrong. I don't eat much nd sometimes i just eat a little bit which is a good thing. when people see me they r like wow you lost some weight and boy are those some nice words to hear. My neighbor told me not 2 lose anymore but I want to tone up more. Once i tone up I will be on my way.

can u tell me more about the healthy stuff u like to eat because I'm dying to know. oh and keep me posted on your progress.

I adore chips and Fast food. I just love greesy food and i had to give it up. I was at a point where I once ate it at last once a day if not more..

Another problem I have is just being too lazy to cook food so grabing snacks all day instead makes me chubby hehe

ok well i'm starting to eat more baked food mixed with salad. i do some yoga but i do eat less than b4. I neva really liked fast food or chips i just liked home cooked meals but i had 2 slow down on those big time. Smaller portions do work nd nice walks is a help, get a buddy because it makes walking more fun.

I've been doin pretty good with it, even with out a buddy I've been playing Wii Fit every day havn't missed a day in a week so far. I've been eating better and not snacking 24/7.  I also play hockey a lot so hopefully I'll start losing wieght..Then again Ijust broke my glassses so I can't be to active till I get the part I need to fix them which really sucks.. but yah

yeah that do suck nd them lbs will drop 4 sure. u r really doin all the right things. i'm craving ice cream rite now though but i'm trying to b strong lol.

It's been showing that's it's working too actually. I'm so suprised I'm able to do this me and my boyfriend are so proud of me hehe.  I ate some smart food last night tho, I didn't go over my calorie count and it was before 8 which is when I stop eating. But I did fall asleep right after I ate it so I was a little weak.  but I have been doing good in a little more than a week I've lost 3.1 pounds :). 

now that's some great news and progress. congrats to you for sure. I'm still working on toning up because my boyfriend would die if he thought i was losing more weight. lol my thighs need the most work, got any tips?

thanks:).  Yah I need to working on my tummy and thighs with out loosing as much of my ass as I can ahah, my boyfriend would hate me for that.  but lunges are a good work out for youtr thighs look up how to do them.  I know I personally roller blade and I used to play a game called DDR (dance dance revolution) or ITG (In the Groove) that made my legs really strong. I got all my work outs from wii fit I'll see what work out they got for thighs when I get home hope I helped a bit

I actually don't ahve a wii fit, my bestfriend does but he doesn't live alone he lives with three other people in a one room apartment so he obv dones't have room or privacy to use it so we traded games I gave him some final fantasy game and he gave me wii fit. I'm so happy haha.
