Sorry, not a weight-loss question per se, but I'm brand new to this site, and I can't seem to tell much of a difference between forums and groups. Is there a distinct difference?

Most people use the forums. Groups are to find people who have some similar interest or demographic - people from a certain area, people following a certain workout or diet plan that goes beyond simply counting calories, or people of a certain profession or lifestyle.
The groups I've been in have been a lot less active than the forums, and people are much less likely to see your posts.
Oh, that makes sense! Thanks for the clarification!!!
