whats the difference between natural sugar from fruit and regular sugar
does fruit sugar not make you gain weight? thanks

Fruit sugar is 'fructose' and granulated sugar is usually 'sucrose'. The main difference is their effect on blood-sugars and insulin production. (Worth Googling if you want to find out more details). You will gain weight if you consume a lot more calories than you burn up each day... and that's regardless of how those calories are made up. Fruit will make you gain weight if you eat/drink enough of it.
