I'm snowed in, I'm bored, and all I can think about is dinner. Smile
What's everyone having tonight? Looking for some yummy ideas.

Thanks!

I'm not exactly sure yet as far as spices go..but I'm thinkin' boneless/skinless chicken breasts, spinach (or broccoli) and maybe some brown rice?

Wow..mine sounds so bland compared to everyone elses lol.

Scrambled eggs w/ finely chopped broccoli tossed in, boiled potatoes... should be having more protein, but dinner plans for tonight got scrapped, so I'm making do with what's available :)

Chopped up some chicken breast and sauteed with an onion, some garlic and ginger.  When it was just about cooked, I added chopped asparagus and a little water to deglaze the pan and steam the asparagus.  Then I tossed in some cooked pasta (2 oz. dry weight).  Topped with some fresh ground pepper, some herbs and 1 oz. grated mozzarella.  Toss together for much yumminess.

That sounds sooo good.  Will have to try it!

I'm at work and just ate dinner! Tonight I brought a PBJ made with light wheat bread (35 cal per slice) better n butter and s/f strawberry jam, baby carrots, dannon's light and fit blueberry pomegranate yogurt, a white cheddar rice cake, and a s/f chocolate  vanilla swirl jell-o pudding cup! :-)

im having breakfast for dinner, scrambled egg whites, turkey bacon and cheese on 45 cal whole wheat toast, and some strawberries with a bit of sugar free honey on them :) YUM
