i'm going to have tofu and chicken coconut curry with lots of grilled veggies [peppers, bamboo shoots, sweet basil, broccoli, cauliflower] and brown jasmine rice

i actually made the coconut curry sauce seperate from the meat and vegg so that i could just pour a couple tbsp over top instead of being like a soup of coconut milk

about 1cup of the curry and 1/2cup of the rice

and

1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt

looots of srirachi hot sauce

I had a piece of grilled pork, new potatoes, carrots, cabbage and onion gravy. mmm

Mmm hot toasted English breakfast muffin dipped in tasty tomato soup.

Salad with beetroot, tomatoes, cucumber, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, dried apricots, feta cheese, shredded red/white/green cabbage, with a tin of Tuna chunks.

Well, last night (This night? 3 AM, heh) I had a can of tuna, 2 tbsp. of peanut butter and 4 grams of fish oil. Today though, since it's a carb up day, I'll probably be making some whole-grain pasta with grass-fed beef seasoned and cooked up together with steamed broccoli in olive oil and tomato sauce.

Last night I had a pizza made on a large pita, a bit of tomato paste, some lf mozza, tomatoes, green peppers, and onions.  It was really good, and a LOT more filling than I expected.

Tonight?  Either Haddock and veggies, or chicken and whole wheat pasta.

Tonight i will be having turkey and veg and maybe one or two yorkshire pudds.

Last night, I had:

"The Works" Burger-a big juicy burger pattie cooked well done with lettuce, tomatos, onions, grilled mushrooms, swiss cheese, american cheddar cheese and condiments. About 2 servings of fries wit ketchup and hotsauce. And like 4 or 5 bites of my friends Beef quesadilla with sour cream......

I felt SICK and EXTREMELY full. But It was delicious...... he he...

Tonight will probably be a salad or a black bean stir fry

5 oz balsamic/rosemary pork loin, 1/2 cup wild rice   20 spears asparagus plus berries/whip for dessert

Bean and cheese quesadilla with lettuce and homemade salsa.  Air popped popcorn for snack.

breakfast today - 1cup kashi go lean/ 1/2cup skim milk/ 1/2 small banana diced into the cereal  / sprinkle of bran pellets and 2 cups of coffee with skim milk and splenda

snack: apple / 1tbsp peanut butter

lunch - 1.5cup homemade chicken noodle soup [with vegetable broth and whole wheat noodles].. some whole wheat saltines, and a string cheese

i'm gonna have an egg white omelette, lots of vegg mixed in [spinach, tomatoes, peppers, cilantra, mushrooms] about 2tbsp of those tiny shrimps, some feta cheese

and whole wheat toast drizzled with 1tbsp olive oil

i'm going to make a sandwich out of it and put extra fresh vegg inside

and 1 thick slice of bacon [50 cals]

and of course SRIRACHA

and a 100 calorie drumstick icecream treat for dessert

tonight... taco salad with home-made bean paste since canned refried beans are insanely high in sodium from what I can see.  I just use dry kidney & black beans, soak/cook them with some herbs and chili powder and then puree in the blender.  No salt added!  Family is having tacos but after lunch I'm being a lil more careful today!

Either leftover lemon-rocotta rotini with asparagus and chicken OR a piece of salmon with garlic roasted broccoli.  Hmmm...

For Dessert, 100 Calorie Klondike bar.

You gotta live a little. :)
