Just curious as to what everyone is having for dinner tonight. I normally eat dinner around 5:30pm or 6:00pm depending on my work scheudle. So I tend to not eat a large dinner because I do not exercise at night. So tonight for dinner it's lower sugar oatmeal & a cup of 25 calorie hot chocolate!

So far I have eaten 1/2cup cottage cheese with hotsauce, 1/2 cup 2 bean salad and a whole tomato....i need about 300 more cals, so I will keep snacking.

Because I can't eat when it is hot (i.e. Summertime) I eat dinner around 8 p.m. Tonight it will be chicken fried rice (with peas, carrots, and broccoli in it), a biscuit, and a glass of water. Not sure if that is healthy enough but eh, it will keep me full all night long because I don't go to bed until around 3 in the morning at least.

 

But I slept in late, and I need another 1,000 calories for today...I don't know how I will fill that in, maybe I will just restart tomorrow.

Taco-esque salad with soy chicken strips, black beans, veggies, cheese and lots of salsa.

We're on the road pretty much as soon as I get home, but I already know where we're stopping for dinner - Andersen's Pea Soup and we're getting (heh) Pea Soup!  It delicious, but packed with sodium!  Good thing I won't have to weigh for a couple of days.

i dont understand ur thinking, it doesnt matter when u eat.

normally dinner is 7 30ish w a snack at about 9 15

tongiht im having salad, a small roll, moxed veggies (lima beans, green beans, carrots), and a big chicken thigh

i'll be bbq'ing a cob of corn and having it with a salad: baby romaine, red pepper, cucumber, and leftover bbq'd chicken that i cooked yesterday.

i eat pretty well during grilling season.

I had turkey burgers (whole wheat bun with lettuce, tomato, roasted red pepper, green onions, and a tiny bit of mustard) roasted potatoes, and salad.

Planning on nice piece of fresh fish with a raw, crunchy salad!

I have been lazy these last few weeks; I have been studying and therefore spending some days inside with no exercise. When I have been sitting inside all day, I just don’t feel like my typical large piece of fish or chicken with salad for dinner, and I tend to just grab a handful of nuts instead!

 

I am looking forward to dinner, it has been ages since I have had a nice proper dinner/ with salad or fish!

I'm planning on making baked sole and asparagus. I might make some mock hollandaise sauce out of light mayo, lemon juice and pepper. Or I'll just bake them with some olive oil and garlic. And a glass of milk because I haven't had any dairy yet today.

Dinner is always my biggest meal: I wish I could change that but... my mind is set this way so tonight I will be having... 10-11 ounces of chilean sea bass, 3 cups or so of spaghetti squash, 1 onion & spinach! Can't wait, cause I'm already hungry! ha ha!
