I'm not sure what to make.  I kind of want fish, but I had cod yesterday so I'm trying to think of other things.

What is everyone else having?

Salad with grilled chicken, nuts, green onions, feta cheese, parmesean cheese, carrots, tomatos, strawberries, grapes and homemade raspberry vinagrette dressing...yummy :)

Six fish sticks stuck in a toasted 1/2 whole wheat pita pocket with lettuce and two Tablspns Thousand Island Lite dressing. In a hurry and needed a 400 Cal. meal fast.  It was lovely.

We had pork tenderloin, pan-roasted asparagus and beans for dinner.

We've cut potatoes and pasta out of our diet and limit our bread intake.  So we usually have a lean meat, a green veggie and either short-grain brown rice, barley or beans for dinner every night.
We had meatloaf from House of Meats with yukon gold mashed potatoes and boiled carrots.  Pistachio fluff for dessert.  Not exactly my favourite dinner but my mom made it and if I don't have to use my own groceries, I don't.

Baked salmon with Ginger Scallion sauce on top while in the oven (From Trader Joe, only 20 cals a tablespoon for the sauce) one baked sweet potato with cinnamon and sugar free maple syrup, crystal light raspberry lemondade. If I get hungry later I will have a Jello pudding sugar free fat free.

Try a whole wheat pita w/ 1/4 cup Ragu original pizza sauce, 1/4 shredded mozzerella cheese on top, and broccolli on top. Put in 300 degree oven for 10 minutes. Its about 280 calories, and really good!

dinner tonight: i'm having friends over, and health is not my first priority.  we'll be having thai peanut chicken with sweet & wild rice, mixed grilled veggies (i'm thinking red & yellow peppers, shitake mushrooms, maybe kale, with toasted almonds), and one of my friends is bringing a salad.  there will also be plenty of wine.

it sounds healthier than it is.  there's a can of coconut milk in the chicken recipe: saturated fat with a healthy dose of sugar.  so yummy!

If I ate just that i would starve to death.  When i make homemade pizza i usually eat it with a huge salad and a pieceof chicken or fish.

Last night I had my fish tacos that I'm obsessed with again.  I think tonight I'm going to make shrimp stir fry with shrimp & mixed veggies and either rice or bulgur on the side.  And of course a salad - which I eat with every meal.
I'm pretty excited for my dinner tonight.  Its not even that special I've just been craving it all day.

I'm making portoballa crab wraps...grilled portobella mushrooms, crab, cheese, lettuce, and onions on a wrap.  I'm also going to have some soup with it and maybe some steamed veggies or a salad or spaghetti squash.

Homemade chicken noodle soup

toasted Thomas' light multigrain english muffin with roasted red pepper hummus

spring mix salad with grape tomatoes in a balsamic vinaigrette
