whats everyones favorite exercise??
Using ur fingers while texting doesn't count lol
Reason: moved thread to "fitness" forum
Haha! My favourite exercise is running, it always puts me in a better mood and I get plenty of fresh air while doing it.
good stuff, I love running outdoors too, treadmils are boring haah, Idk about u but I cant run without music
Running. Outside. I love it. I'd do it every day if I could, but I know I need to force myself to get to the gym and add weight training to the mix. So I do. But the running is still my favorite.
Pilates....
Please don't hurt me.

Yep! I always bring my ipod with me. Music is a good motivator and makes running more interesting :)
yes it does :], it makes a big difference, plus the scenery, theres alot more scenery at the park then on my treadmil at home lol, and what kind of music do u listen to when u run??
Pilates is good, im not flexible at all, I should do that, plus I'm always tense that would proly help me to relax
Yea, I like to alternate it with some more intense stuff.
A lot of the exercises really help firm up my stomach. I'm not sure it would be as helpful for you in that sense though.
Cycling.

It varies! I listen to and can usually run to most genres of music (with the exception of country! Hahah, not a big fan of country...), but whatever I'm in the mood for really. How about you?
True, running outdoors is way more scenic than running indoors on a treadmill, although I usually run the same route each time, so it's pretty much the same scenery, but it's still better than none at all! :)
I love lifting weights and I love Turbo Jam. I actually go to a class for Turbo Jam and it's so high-energy and it gets me all amped up and stuff. I enjoy my elliptical too, especially since I made a HIIT workout for it. Once in a blue moon I'll jog around my neighborhood and I like that too, when I feel like it :) Oh, and I absolutely love hiking
i love taebo and kickboxing...
High Intensity Interval Training (walking & running)
If I could, I would just run. I love running. It really is my favorite despite all my foot stomping about weights. I have to say though, there's still something about deadlifting as much as the big ol' guy next to you :)
I'd have to say it's a tie for me between running with my iPod and taking a spin class.....I get that happy feeling after both :)

I second this one.
Sexual Activity, Active. Any day I can enter that into my activity log is a good one. I kind of love that it's a choice on the list on this site.
But as far as non-intimate exercises go, it would have to be swimming.

The only thing about that though is I really find it hard to believe that 88 calories an hour thing. Really? Thats not even a fast walk and I know my heart rate is like sprinting rate.
And as far as non-intimate I would say swimming or running. I can't get to a pool as often as I would like so most of the time it is running.
I totally fell for Tae Bo. Right now I keep cycling through the Amped series and adding more weight. When I start getting bored, I throw in a dance workout or something.
Hiking in the great outdoors, numero uno.
Then weight lifting and then running, or maybe it's running and then weight lifting. Something like that.
Does eating count as exercise, because if it does this list goes all to hell.
