What's your exercise regimen?

Just curious...what do you do for exercise?  I do interval training on the treadmill for 30 minutes 4-5 times a week.

Every other day I do 25 minutes on the treadmill. A 2.5 minute walk, a 2.5 minute light jog. I stop and stretch. Then I do 15 minutes at 8 mph (2 miles), and then I cool down for 5 minutes.

Thennnnn I do a full body weight workout. Usually about 45 minutes of anything and everything until my body can't take anymore.

Then I usually have extra time to kill at the gym till my dad picks me up, so I hope on the elliptical or stairmaster for 10 minutes or so.

I have soccer 2 times a week too, and soon I'll have lacrosse 6 times a week.

I have a strength training day and then a cardio day and alternate them. I'm working out every day of the week since I have a goal by April - but am switching up my exercises so my body doesn't get bored. I have lots of at home videos.

For cardio I do: dancing, DDR, biking, and some other videos. for strength training I do: callanetics, bowflex, balance ball and bands. Each workout is for an hour.

I do ballet once a week, pretty soon lacrosse three times a week, I run once or twice a week, do pilates a few times a week, and yoga usually once a week. My exercise is pretty sporadic.
Now that I'm not sick anymore, I spend an hour on a stationary bike five days a week and half an hour wrestling with the boy five nights a week.

The other two days it can range from getting up and turning on the TV to venturing out to the park and playing on the ice chunks in the flood plains.  Or, in an instance like today, it's chasing around a..  Born May first, you do the math for me .. month old baby in a walker.

I play DDR Workout Mode. Usually 4-5 days a week and, on average, I burn about 500 calories (which takes about an hour to an hour and a half).

Once it gets warmer outside, I'm gonna start going running. I'm too cheap to pay for a gym membership and I hate the cold, so DDR is my savior at the moment.

I do 50-60 minutes of cardio( I do a mix of running, crossramp and another machine but I forget what its called :) and everyother workout session I'll do a few leg and arm weights. Oh and I try and workout 4-5 times a week.

I love DDR workout mode. I like supernova the best.

Lift weights Sunday (abs, back, biceps, chest, & triceps) and Monday (legs, shoulders, abs) for 45 to 70 min.; Brazilian martial arts on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 1.5 hours; ideally I jog three miles on Wednesdays and Fridays, but usually, if I actually have time to/feel like getting off my butt and do something, I'll just go to the gym and walk/jog three miles. Satuday is my off day.

day 1:chest, back,shoulders, and trapzieus workout(with weights)

day 2:lower body workout(legs pretty much lol)(with weights) and HIIT

day 3:bicep, triceps and forearms workout(with weights)(my favorite day also lol)

day 4:HITT

I just keep doing this over and over I also do abs which i do straight days then a break then two straight days then break and you get my drift(i hope lol)

I work out 6 days a week. 2 days I take Body Pump which is a a 60 minute class that integrates weight lifting and targets different areas (triceps, biceps, glutes, etc). One day I take Body Jam which is a 60 minute class that is dancing/aerobic type excersise. The days I take classes I usually do a 30 minute walk on the treadmill before or after my class. All other days I do 60 minutes on the treadmill, 30 minutes on the stairmaster and either 30+ on the rowing machine or 15 on the eliptical ( I hate that machine!!). I normally work out 2 hrs perday unless my schedule does not permit me to do so (work, kids, etc). I am thinking of switching up my routine so I wont get bored.
