whats the fastest way to loss weight?
i want to go on a diet that i can loss weight fast because its summer and i wanna look good in a bathing suit. If you know a good diet that really works and fast please let me know thanks.

Losing weight fast isn't optimal. If you restrict too severely, which is a necessity if you're attempting to lose a ton of weight quickly, your body will go into starvation mode which includes your metabolism slowing down to a crawl and converts what you eat into fat. Not to mention the fact that once you do lose the weight then start eating normally again, you're going to gain it all back before you even realize it. That, in my opinion, is far more discouraging than slowly whittling body fat away.
Basically, you're going to want to lose no more than 2lbs of body fat per week. Any more than that and you're losing mostly water or muscle, so don't bother eating 400 calories of ramen per day and thinking you're going to come out on top. Definitely avoid ramen if you can; it's comprised solely of sodium (make sure you pay attention to how much you consume) and simple carbs. You don't want to eat less than 1200 calories, period. It's also suggested that you eat complex carbohydrates rather than simple ones, avoid creme and cheese based sauces, try to craft several small 300 calorie meals per day until you get to 1200 (or 1300, 1400, 1500, etc. I don't know your size.) and go to bed. Fruits and vegetables are imperative and absolutely necessary, but don't go overboard on fruits that aren't water based like bananas and starchy vegetables like potatos. Including lean protein in your meal is also extremely helpful, so make sure you stock up.
If I had one tip for you, though, it would be to not drink your calories. Alcohol counts. You wouldn't believe how many empty calories add up and up and up with every soda, every bubble tea, every shot of Jagermeister. It's really not fair. Ha.

Based on the groups you are in, I'm guessing you are a teen? In which case you need to be eating at least 1500 calories, and quite possibly more, depending on your size and activity level.

Your past posts indicate you under eat/and possibly have an ED. How about buying a bathing suit that fits, like something that is a cute retro one peice, vs. a string bikini until you are comfortable with your body. And in the mean time work on learning to eat healthy and every day.
