My favorite snack would probably be sugar snap peas.  You can have them with hummus or even on there on they're great!  If you ever have a craving for something sweet, they're the best healthy thing to have around the house

Right now it's strawberries.  They are in in my area and we can go pick them fresh.  A whole cup of halves is not much calorie wise.  If I want salty I go to these little bite size pretzel squares filled with peanut butter.  Satisfies and gives me some protein, too.

What is hummus?? Dare i ask??

Oh i LOVE strawberries!! I haven't tried those peanut butter pretzels things.  THose sound good.  How many calories in those?? I bet they have them at Walmart right?? I also love to eat a banana and i usually have 2 tablespoons peanut butter with it for protein!!

Hummus is a dip made from cooked, mashed chickpeas or beans, blended with tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic.  Some people don't like it but I think its awesome.  You can use it with almost all veggies and crackers.

I eat Salt and Vinegar snack-a-jacks in individual packs which are 90cals each-have them EVERY day and they are delicious!!

Also, love Jaffa Cakes! Mmmmmm! But I unfortunately have a tendency to go overboard even though they're only 45 calories each, it adds up quickly... :(

These are good, especially on days when I have a bunch of calories left towards the end of the day and I'm afraid of eating something unhealthy or not being able to control my portion size. Now I'm obsessed with them:

1 plain no salt rice cake (35 cals)

1 all natural "butter"; I like cashew or almond (about 90 cals)

1-2 tlbs of marshmallow fluff (20-40) cals

Its so filling! I know there's a ton of sugar in the fluff, but for a little more than 150 calories I feel like I'm eating something scrumptious from the bakery; and at the same time I'm getting a really good source of protein. Sometimes I add fruit like strawberry, banana or apple slices. Raisins are good too. My roommate likes to forgo the fluff and add a tablespoon of dark chocolate chips instead.

ooo I want one now!

Rice cakes, Spread with low cal strawberry jelly(jam) sprinkled with sultanas and all bran ha... when im lazy options orange hot chocolate

I get the 100 calorie bags of popcorn or kettle corn, yum!

Cottage cheese which is weird cause I used to hate it with a passion.  I just recently discovered it about 2 weeks ago lol.

Protein bars or Slimfast, fruit, a yogurt.  Snacks for me should be convenient.

Mine FAV is skinny cow mint ice cream bars. They are sooooo good!!!

I'm addicted to reduced fat graham crackers with PB2!!!

My favorite is baby carrots and hummus. Yum
Okay, i LOVE cottage cheese, but instead of using a spoon, i like to use baby carrots to dip. Gives it a good crunch!

I like to pop open a can of veggies and fill up on them.  Sometimes I eat the whole can before my meal is ready.  I know this is a better choice than some others.

Air popped popcorn with Can't believe it's not butter spray  Yum...

If you like something with a bit more flavor try "kernel seasonings" brand popcorn seasoning... It comes in a ton of diff. flavors...

I also like to use the Caramel flavor on sliced apples...

i like strawberries, egg whites, grapes, &ham with spring mix lettuce.

I like strawberries too, so psyched they are back in the supermarkets all nice and sweet. They are super high in fiber too which is a bonus.

I *wish* I liked pickles cause they are healthy and low cal but they are my least favorite food :-(

ah! thngs i like...

edamame (spelling?) strawberries! carrots or any veggie and hummus.
frozen blueberries--yum

raw broccoli and carrots with some ff ranch

sugar free, fat free chocolate pudding with strawberries on top.  :)
