What's YOUR favorite exercise?

What exercise makes you feel great?  Strong?  Alive?  Or, if you hate them all, which one do you dread the least?

I like doing some brisk cardio walking on the elliptical.  I do it as a warm-up to my heavy-duty cardio.  I like how it gets my heart rate up, makes me feel all tingly, but doesn't kill me.

running makes me feel whole. and i don't mean like, on a treadmill or on a track. i like to run the streets, it makes me feel so alive and good about myself.

yesterday i ran 10k STRAIGHT and felt so good even though my legs hurt and i was sweating like a pig.

I love road biking with my cycling club!

I love to swim because I live with my boyfriend and we spend loads of time together but he can not swim!

Swimming is my chance to get a break and some time to myself.

STOTT Pilates makes me feel alive, energized and strong! I also really like Yogilates with Jonathan and Power Yoga with Bryan Kest!

Mountain Biking. Road bicycling is alright too, but I mainly love the feel of the wind in my face, the speed that I am going, and with mountain biking, the feel of the dirt trail underneath me and the shock of racing over a steep dirt hill.
Running is my favorite.  I even love it on the treadmill.
just walking. i think its relaxing and it takes my mind of things.
Squats!  They have made my butt and thighs look incredible!
Usually sparring/martial arts- makes me feel happy I'm exercising, but also happy that I'm learning how to defend myself.

The feeling after a nice run is also good, but I like martial arts a bit better, as I can run anytime.
Rollerblading!!!

Swimming -- nothing makes me feel stronger then I do after I finish a really hard set!  I can feel the heat roll off my body and my face is red, but knowing I pushed through it makes me feel alive.

Running is the devil's exercise

I've done running, walking, interval workouts.. the one thng I LOVE the most and that actually really exhausts me is dancing! Sometimes when I don't feel like running I just put on some surf music and dance, sometimes for twice as long as I would run. I just love going crazy and pretending I'm a go-go dancer outta 1966 :D
Squats and Chest. They're just awesome.
Cycling.  Not in the gym, but just tearing around the city.

I know it's strange, but I especially love going on night rides over the summer/fall.  The streets are quiet, and I enjoy the night air.

dancing or horseback riding
I like weight-lifting especially squats, leg extensions, and chest presses. Sometimes I get in the mood to run, but that doesn't happen often.
Body sculpting. The combination of aerobics and weights is just plain fun to me. I can go from step aerobics to curling dumbells and back, which can be even more interesting when I increase the weight.

Ice skating, kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, and cycling are all great.  Anything with constant forward motion suits me fine, really.

I refuse to do any sport that involves chasing round objects.  Or counting how many 'reps'  I've done.  Blech.

i used to love the elliptical. now i seem to really not like it.

I just enjoy doing a 15 minute run everyday. easy, fast, allows me to de-stress. maintain my weight and jsut feel like ive accomplished something!

I also love doing my sit ups and push ups.. except lately my neck has been hurting due to rugby
I like lifiting weights, It makes me get a high and I dont feel hungry. I can lift right now, because I had surgery, so I am stuck with low fat eating and just walking at this point.
