what's YOUR favorite exercise?

Hey guys...just trying to get all the ideas I can so...

What is your favorite thing to do at the gym or outside?

Mine is running about 5-6 miles outside (no treadmills for me!).  After I finish a 6 mile run, I feel so amazing!

My favorite but not easy to be able to do is swimming. 

My favorite and very possible in nice weather is playing volleyball with my neighbors.  We'd spend hours playing and never noticed until the sun went down and left us wondering where the time went. 

Nothing beats running outdoors for me....

spring skiing. 
trail running or hiking with the dog.
i love horseback riding, too, but don't have a horse right now.

riding. if i can get outon teh trail and go fo ra nice long ride im in heaven. if not, i'll settle for spin classes

Martial arts or sprinting; depends what I feel like.

The elliptical at the gym...

... because I can watch tv at the same time. Kind of defeats the purpose, but whatever. :)

I was going to post the same thing. Nothing in the world like a good squat. They use almost half the muscles in your body!

Sex.

Uh, traditional exercise, I prefer bicycling.

Always the big 3 but lately been fond of dips.

Horse riding, rock climbing and shopping!

I love just taking nice long walks around the neighborhood.  I live in an area with mountains to the west and the Sedona redrocks to the East and when I go a certain route the view of the Verde river and redrocks is spectacular - its so relaxing and such a great stress reducer and not to mention a workout too since the grades of some of the hills I have to climb is well over what any treadmill will do.  I just plug in my XM radio headset and I'm gone.

I like doing weights at the college for the comaraderie and I also enjoy the cardio class I take there but walking is by far my fave

Well, I can now say running (Jogging really, but I'm working on it Yell) Hiking and cleaning stalls...only 'cause it seemed like I did that more than ride when I had a horse. It's a good workout, too!

mm i like maxing out when running. today i just maxed out at 22miles.. though i just came home for spring break and ate 11k calories in 2 days.... haha 

if im at the gym i think doing abs makes me feel the best.

I loves me some squats!

My favorite is swimming but I don't have the facility to do it.

I have never really been into running. Losing 80 lbs really helped me learn to enjoy it a little more.  I have just recently taken up Yoga and Kempo Cardio.  They are a lot of fun. The yoga can be aggravating at times, but you can really feel improvements quickly.
