25 calorie mug of nestle hot chocolate

100 calorie pack kettle corn

tomatoes! w/a little salt and pepper on them. I know not really sweet but I love tomatoes ;)

I eat a grapefruit everday at 3pm.  My fav!!!

I also wanted to add that I recently discovered these little snacks called O'COCO'S, they're chocolate crisps, but a package of them is only 90 calories. And they're organic so no preservatives and you can actually recognize all the ingredients ;) Anyways they're a great way to satisfy a chocolate craving for me as they're mostly cocoa powder w/just enough sugar so it's not bitter, still only 6g. of sugar though, and no saturated fat! I think they're great :)

I have many, but I really like Gala apples and fresh strawberries.

Definitely 100 cal packs of popcorn.  Those are amazing.  Or sometimes I just love some steamed nonfat milk with some sugar free syrup.

gala apples when they're crunchier and tangerines :D

Broccoli. It might not be a pleasure for some but whenever I eat it I feel so happy!

its a salad that adds up to a decent meal... but its mega healthy! its got baby spinich, sweet corn , chick peas, tuna and maybe a few olivs... occasionally a poached egg on top for good measure lol. i love it. i know its not really a snack but still. Either that or broccoli or a passion fruit smoothie. yummie :P

Pink Lady apples, bananas, strawberries, and grapes cut up and then mixed with ff cool whip!  Yummy!  It taste like a really sweet dessert with very little calories or fat.
low fat cottage cheese mixed with pumpkin, cinnamon, splenda and fiber one. add some cool whip for an extra 25 cals and it is a pretty good pumpkin pie substitute. (of course this is for when thanksgiving is nowhere in sight)

blue bunny sweet freedom fudge bars

100 calorie pack popcorn

green tea smoothie. YUM  :D

green tea powder = 0 cal

spoon of low fat ice cream = 90 cal

some skim milk = 50 cal

ice/water = 0 cal

splenda = 0 cal

yeah a whole delicious smoothie for 140 cal.. makes you pretty full to :D

307cals of delicious heaven: oatmeal topped with mixed dried fruit & nuts, with a tablespoon of natural honey swirled in it.

mmm!!!! Great for breakfast.. lunch.. snack time. lol. I love it. So sweet and comforting.
Whenever a healthy meal experiment turns out well. Doesn't really matter what it is.
I made a spicy Thai coconut shrimp dish last week that my husband is still talking about.
Yummy! taintmesweet, can I get that recipe, it sounds so yummy and I am always looking for good "healthy recipes" that we both like! Thanks-

A few notes: If you don't have fresh basil, you can substitute about 1/4 cup dried basil, but mix it with the soy sauce to rehydrate it before tossing it into the pan. I did this for the batch I sent over to my in-laws a few days ago, and it was just as good. I also substituted Rose's Lime Juice for the actual lime + zest (added it to the soy mixture before mixing in the pan.)
This recipe is not nearly as involved as it might seem. I bought plain (non-seasoned) already steamed shrimp, but you could also use frozen. The whole meal takes about 20 minutes, start to finish.
Also, this ended up being more like 5-6 meals for us, but your mileage may vary.
One more thing - if you don't have/use chicken stock, you can certainly replace it with water. Your rice will just have a lighter taste.
100 calorie popcorn packs WITH...

"I can't believe it's not butter!" spray and some extra salt.  YUM!

and

Fiber one's chocolate granola bars.
