Clementines are my FAVORITE...35 calories each and very sweet.

like a half cup of cottage cheese and just a tablespoon or two of apple sauce on top, its really good...

Breyers light vanilla bean ice cream - just a tablespoon, with lot's of strawberries on top!

Non-fat curd with tangerine and a few pastilles of sweetener. Definitely! It's delicious!

100 g of curd and 100 g of tangerine is only 150 kcal but it's so sweet and tasty that you don't need to eat anything else. Additionally, it's well-known that if you replace carbohydrates with proteins, you will lose weight even easier, so it's good to know that 85% of calories in curd come from proteins.

1. I love frozen fruit - frozen grapes especially.

2. Frozen Lite Cool Whip - Satisfies most of the ice cream cravings I get for 20 calories per two tablespoons.

3. Smoothies made with various frozen fruit and just a splash of OJ.

A small carton of sun-dried raisins.

Grapes.  I now have a bunch sitting on table and have a few whenever I feel a bit peckish, or even just passing.  They are scrummy and only 2 calories each!

A bowl of natural yoghurt with a chopped up banana and some honey drizzled over. YUM!

Banana with organic peanut butter.

"Peanut butter mousse":

1 tablespoon lowfat peanut butter, 3 tablespoons fat free cool whip (110 calories + protein to feel full)....it's good by itself and also with 100 calorie oreo packs

"Berry filling":

A cup of frozen berries MICROWAVED (strawberries, cherries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries--from Trader Joe's)....I like it alone because it tastes like pie filling, but very low cal/fat! Add it to a slice of angel food cake (100 calories, 0 fat) and it's a complete, awesome dessert.

Fudgsicle- 40 calorie

1/2 cup Breyers double churned Strawberry ice cream (100 cals) with some frozen banana chunks mixed in... mmmmmm

Mini cheesecake bites = graham cracker, low cal cream cheese, jam, and sliced fruit on top. Tasty goodness!

I also LOVE pistachios. I could eat a whole bag in one sitting though.. so I have to be careful.

diced fresh fruit in dannon fit and light nonfat vanilla yogurt with a sprinkle of granola or trail mix on top. 

Fresh strawberries, with canned peaches( in water) or fresh pineapple .. with fat free reddi whip !! OMG YUMMY Less than 100 cals

Celery with PB and raisins ! Frogs on a log !! Less than 100 cals =)

Granny smith apple slices dippen in a sugar free caramel pudding cup.  About 130 calories and SOOOOOOOO good!

Nonguilty pleasures are sooooooooo critical to weightloss. I didn't even know about vanilla splenda!???!

Also try Philadelpia fat free cream cheese, Redi whip (it's the whip cream in a can 15 cals), stir that up real good w/ a lil vanilla splenda then add 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries... You'll swear you are eating a strawberry cheese cake. OMG!!! Tongue out
