Vitatops- whole wheat chocolate muffin tops-th ey are amazing!!

sugar free jello with a dollop of cool whip

Fiber One chocolate Bars, and Kroeger Non fat yoguart - Cherry Vanilla

lol My favorite non-guilty pleasure isn't food! ;)

Minie13 posted a recipe for 1 serving of homemade vanilla ice cream - you shake it up in a plastic ziploc bag, takes about 5 minutes - 90 calories of cold creamy goodness! It's literally just skim milk, sugar, and vanilla flavoring! I know the sugar isn't the best for you, but I CRAVE ice cream and I figure this is better than storebought - either the full-fat version or the fat-free/reduced fat ones with all kinds of freaky unnatural ingredients.

Original Post by narfblast:

tomatoes! w/a little salt and pepper on them. I know not really sweet but I love tomatoes ;)

i'm with you narfblast.  tomatoes are my absolute favorite thing on the planet.  i could eat them everyday for the rest of my life and never get tired of them.  i have one in my lunch box for an afternoon snack...and i had some cherry tomatoes mixed in with whole wheat pasta, cucumbers, and fat free italian dressing for lunch!

hoooooray for tomatoes.

Yogurt parfait! A cup of vanilla light 'n fit yogurt (80 calories), a cup of cut-up strawberries (50 calories), and a tablespoon of mini chocolate chips (70 calories) makes a GREAT (and big!) breakfast (only 200 calories so you can add on!), or you can have half a cup of each yogurt and strawberries to make it smaller and a delicious snack for only 135 calories!

chinese steamed buns/rolls, dumplings, potstickers. a filling and yummy meal for 300-500 calories, usually.

freeze dried fruit, 40 calories per pouch! http://www.brothersallnatural.com/apple/home. htm

I searched out Minie13's ice cream recipe that sarahelaine mentioned. Here's the link if anyone else is interested:

It's the basic kind of shake em up stuff that we used to make in Girl Scouts. Thanks for the reminder!

Edit to add MY non-guilty favorite (consumable): decalf coffee

my favorite is plain fat free yougurt with a tablespoon of fresh orange juice and some orange rhine gratted in topped with fresh cut strawberrys, a few banna slices,  and a tbs of fatfree whipped cream, My 4 year old daughter calls it a banana split and she asks for it all the time, its about 200 cal or so! yum

Also love to stop and have a skinny vanilla latte, about 150 cals

Sugar free double chocolate jello cups with a squirt of redi whip cream=about 120! feels like a mousse!

fat free plain yogurt with chopped almonds and a little dab of honey.  I read this in someone's post on this site and thought it didn't sound good till i tried it.  Now it's almost a daily (twice if i am really really good) treat!!!

fiber one (1/2 cup/100cal) + sugar free soy milk (1/2 cup/30cal) + chocolate protein powder (1/2 scoop/ 50cal) + splenda packet + splash of sugar free vanilla syrup = cookies & cream cereal! (under 200cal, at least 18 grams protein, 15 grams fiber, vitamins, minerals and very filling!!)

cinnimon egg white omlette with some splenda sprinkled on top... delicous, kinda strage combination but really works! :)   (my dad got me hooked on eggs with cinnimon as a kid!)

I have a new fave...

French toast using WW bread or the low calorie bread, egg beaters w/ a spenda. You can top it with fresh strawberrie or a lil bit of SF syrup, or a lil cinnamon. Under 100 cals for me. Tongue out

i love sliced granny smith apples with a table spoon of jif reduce fat peanut butter! also jell-o brand 60 cal, fat free sugar free banana sunday pudding is amazing!

Oh, great tips!
