I make popsicles with pomegranate juice or pom juice blends. Yummy! Antioxidant-rich, syrupy juice perfect for a 2.5 oz frozen treat.

My two faves have to be from the smoothie bar at University.

A 'Morning Glory'

Frozen banana, frozen strawberries, fat free frozen yogurt, soy milk, honey and oats.

Really filling.

And also porridge made with soy milk and a drizzle of honey.

Yum!

i absolutely love fresh strawberries & blueberries with lowfat cottage cheese!

ohh and i totally forgot my favoritest...lol...hershey's sugar-free dark chocolate...yumm!

mine is diet hot chocolate, with about a tablespoon of creamer (like french vanilla) my boyfriend makes it in the blender for me so you don't get that weird powdery stuff at the top...if i have them around, i add a marshmallow, too...so goodTongue out

Rice cakes with peanut butter!

fat free pudding cup (chocolate) with squirt of redi-whip

strawberries with redi-whip

bran flakes with 1/2 cup skim milk(for some reason, I just love them!)

Any food I prepare myself that takes pots and cutting things and cleaning up afterwards. Just feels right...

A nice cup of green tea. mmm :) Green tea is actually sweet when drunk at a little warmer than room temperature. And if your's isn't try using loose tea leaves instead of the store-bought baggie kind. It also has less caffeine that way and you can use the leaves more than one time.
I eat icecream. And I don't feel guilty. One serving of Breyer's all natural is yummy and perfect to curb my sweet tooth. I have it maybe once a month.
Only 8 frozen yogurt... yummm.

Fudge bars from Dairy Queen, 50 calories each and 6 grams of fiber!

Apple Cinnamon Rice Cake with Raspberry Jam topped with a bit of whipped cream - 80 Calories =]
