- Golden delicious apples!
- Broccoli
- 34-calorie hot chocolate
- 45-calorie biggish gingerbread cookies

A "Flat Out" wrap with tad bit of horseradish, small slice of roast beef, and herb mix greens. Not sure what it is about this combo, but I LOVE IT!

Fresh raspberries (40 cal) with plain yogurt (40 cals for 100g) and a teaspoon of honey (20 cals).  Yummy!

I also don't feel guilty about dark chocolate (60-80 cals for a square or 1/4 bar) but I'm guessing that's not what you're looking for.

Even though it really should be limitted, cherry coke zero.

Plus the can is freakin' sexy.

Peanut butter Banana Dog (265-415 calories);
Put a Banana on a Whole Wheat HotDog Bun, Smother w/ Peanut butter.
(You could always use All-Fruit Spread insted of PB for less calories)

  • Cinnamon Graham Crackers; I am totally Adicted to these! (130 Calories per serving)
  • Cinnamon Brown Sugar Almonds (160 Calories per serving)
  • Golden Delicious Apples' (80 Calories for 1 Medium Apple)
  • All Natural Coconut Popsicles (170 Calories per serving)
  • Larabars; Currently the Coconut Chocolate Chew is my Favorite. (220 Calories)
